Konaklama koşulları

En este konaklama no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares. Si reservas una tarifa con pago por adelantado y necesitas una factura, puedes añadir los datos de tu empresa y solicitarla en el cuadro Envía una pregunta. Se pedirá un depósito por dyaş de PLN 100 a la llegada. Se efectuará con tarjeta de crédito. Se te devolverá al hacer el check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo mediante tarjeta de crédito una vez revisado el konaklama. Check-in takes place at Grzybowska 61A at the reception of Platinum Residence. Please note that a deposit of 100 PLN is pre-authorised on the credit card at the check-in. The deposit cannot be paid in cash. In case of non-refundable reservation the property will provide a personalized link for secure payment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, on balconies and in the common areas. Please note that inviting guests and organising parties is not allowed. Please note that the credit used for booking must contain the guest name to be presented at reception upon the client's arrival. If the credit card used for reservation is not presented, the Platinum Residence will request an alternative credit card for payment. Cards belonging to third parties, payment cards, debit cards and virtual cards (without the physical presence) will not be accepted. A deposit may be required at the property.
