Gelungener Familienurlaub

+ Die ganze Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Der Pool ist das Highlight. Die Einzäunung des Pools fanden wir klasse. Unsere zweijährige Tochter konnte also bei geachlossenem Tor nicht alleine an den Pool kommen. Die Zimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet, aber sauber. Der große Kühlschrank bietet viel Platz für eine fünfköpfige Familie. Ein Gefrierschrank ist auch vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung stand ein leckerer Rotwein für uns bereit, eine nette Aufmerksamkeit.

− Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas klein gehalten und die Betten nicht ganz sooo bequem.ich finde bei dem Preis hätte auch die Klimaanlage inklusive sein können.

+ Posizione molto comoda, 20 min di auto fino alle calette e spiagge più belle della zona, ideale per potersi muovere in base alle condizioni del mare nelle varie spiagge! La casa bellissima, all’interno trovi tutto ciò che ti può servire, però l’esterno, non ha paragoni, un patio gigante dove passare i pomeriggi, mangiare tutti i pasti.. un verde curatissimo, dove poter tirare 2 calci alla palla, e la piscina.. BELLISSIMA, pulitissima, molto curato il tutto!

+ Wunderschönes Grundstück mit toller Finca. Bilder entsprechen exakt der Realität. Die Finca ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber dafür dann such schön ruhig und man ist für sich. Der Pool hatte - zur Überraschung aller - eine perfekt funktionierende Gegenstromanlage. Die Finca ist für Familien- auch mit kleinen Kindern (Pool ist runterherum abschließbar) - und für kleine Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen!

+ The layout is amazing the pool is great but was freezing at this time of year, even though the weather was great.

− This property needs updating and a good clean, we were shocked as the instructions said we were to keep it clean during are stay, get the cleaners to move things and clean underneath. The last night there is was torrential rain thunder lighting the next morning the pantry was leaking and the wall next the dining table in the living area, we cleaned this and left a note to explain the issue and heard nothing, there is multiple maintenance needed lots and I mean lots of light bulbs need changing and the trees in the garden need some tidying up, the bathroom when we arrived smelled damp as there is poor ventilation in there and the showers need a upgrade. All this and our instructions explained how if we didn’t do as instructed there would be deductions from the deposit I found quite harsh as standards were not right to begin with. When we arrived the first night we hadn’t received our instructions which meant I didn’t have the key box number and I couldn’t get hold of anyone at this time of night we were stood in the dark with the dogs across the way barking for nearly an hour before Ronald helped us eventually. The dogs from the pigs sty across from the property didn’t stop barking most days it meant the cockerels sound peaceful. Also I have never been on holiday and had to get rid of my own rubbish but here it was required as we didn’t drive the recycling is quite far we found it easy to take it everyday in small amounts but wasn’t impressed being on holiday carrying my rubbish with me when I left.

Some small details can improve the service.

− We came on saturday after 21:30, there was no soap in the bathroom, and welcome wine do not helps in this situation:( We did't know what we should order remote controls for air conditioning before araiving, so first night was hot, 30 inside. It was some rules from agency to not leave a trash by the house, so we should drive with all truch to the city green zone, and we couldn open the gates with a card added to the keeys. We paid 2500 for one week + 150 for air conditioning and still need to think about rubish? Comfort -100

+ Great location. Only birds as neighbors. Close to Campos town, great place to start trip to any point on island. Great pool and tasty welcome wine. Excellent manual for living. Fully equipped kitchen - enjoyed that a lot. Comfortable beds.

− Slightly uncomfortable with 1 bathroom for a group of 5 people. It seems something was wrong with 2nd bathroom- door was closed.

Springtime in Paradise

+ The house was beautiful and very well-equipped. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and water upon arrival. The bird cage and chicken coop were definitely a plus. My children loved the garden and the fountain. It was too chilly to swim in April, but we enjoyed sunny evenings at the poolside. The terrace was also the perfect spot for breakfasts and dinners in the sun.
