Es un Hotel perfecto, céntrico, el personal es excelente, siempre pendiente de tí y de tus necesidades. Es un establecimiento que recomendaré y al cual tengo intención de volver en cuanto pueda.
Nada.....incluso el párking, que no es del hotel, se encuentra a pocos metros con lo que cualquier dificultad desaparece.

A wonderful hotel in a great location, within walking distance of everything. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was clean, spacious, bright, and modern. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Another great plus is the nearby garage, which was very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The location is excellent to enjoy the inside of the walled city of Lugo. There is easy access from the hotel to steps up to the Roman wall. The hotel staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

Great central location inside the Roman walls. Paid parking lot less than 5 minute walk discounted if you tell the hotel you have parked there. Large rooms , comfortable beds , tea and coffee. Short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Qualidade do jamon. Serviço de cozinho mais rápido (pedi ovo 3' que não foi esquecido e, 2 ovos estrelados (Fritos) para a minha sobrinha, vieram mexidos, trocados por estrelados sem problema Os quartos tinham janelas TRANSLUCIDAS sem opção de abrir, o que NÃO foi mencionado na data da reserva. Dá uma sensação de claustrofobia e, fica mal ao Hotel. Os quartos foram pagos na data da reserva, sem opção de cancelamento o que NÃO estava mencionado em letras grandes e claras. Não é próprio de um grande Hotel.

Konum excelente. Temizlik exquisita así como comodidad de las yatak y de la habitación. Mükemmels vistas itibaren la habitación. Pero lo mas importante es el exquisito trato recibido por parte de los chicos de recepción; jamás en ningún otro hotel nos habían tratado igual. Un 10 para el hotel y un 11 para los chicos.
