Me esperaba mejor

+ El sitio es muy bonito, la decoración es nueva. El jacuzzi me sorprendió . Está en pleno centro del pueblo. Detalle el dejar una corbata. Se puede aparcar en la misma calle

− La cama es horrible. Hace muchísimo ruido. Fue bastante caro. Apagas la luz y se ven las luminarias, es una cosa rarísima.

− Die Unterkunft hat keine Rezeption und kein Personal vor Ort. Die Fenster waren alle von Schimmel befallen, ohne Ausnahme. Der Balkon war voller Spinnenweben. Zu der Zeit war ein Fest vor Ort, was unglaublich laut war und die Fenster haben nichts an Schalldähmpfung gebracht. Beim Duschen hatte ich auf einmal die Duschhalterung in der Hand. Für das was man bekommt ist der Preis viel zu teuer.

+ Todo perfecto, las camas eran cómodas, estaba todo limpio, tenían productos de aseo personal embolsado individualmente, unas botellitas de agua y unas pastas de cortesía en la habitación. Todo muy bien la verdad.

− Que llegamos y no había recepción, te envían un mail con unos códigos de acceso, pero me llegó a SPAM y no lo vi, nos asustamos un poco al ver que no podíamos entrar. Pero me atendieron súper amables por teléfono y me lo explicaron todo bien.

+ Nos encantó la habitación tan amplia y luminosa . Tiene una mini nevera y nos dejaron unos botellines de agua y dulces . El hostal está súper céntrico y tienes restaurantes al lado.

− No tiene ventilador, lo cual era muy incómodo por el calor

− En primer lloc feia moltíssima calor i no disposava d,aire condicionat o ventiladors. Els matalassos molt vells, petits i es notavan totes les molles, incomodíssims. Vam tenir que desastascar (treure els cabells, fastigós) de la dutxe perquè no empassava l,aigua. Trobem que el preu que hem pagat es abusiu per unes comoditats inexistents, hem estat molt a disgust. Creiem merèixer alguna mena de recompensa. Adjunto foto de les vistes, tot ple de brutícia. Gràcies.

− I still haven't learned to check when booking a room whether or not there's a reception desk and what its opening hours are. If you lose your phone, you end up sleeping on the street. It's not their fault. It's my fault for not paying attention. I guess that’s what being a “hotel owner” means these days: you just sit back and wait for the money to come in. What left a bad impression was when two women arrived at the property and discovered that they didn’t actually have a room because of an error on the property’s website. The owners admitted this in a message that I saw with my own eyes, offering them breakfast for the days they thought they had booked. There was no mention, however, of helping them find another room or accommodation.

− I paid a lot through booking but it was August and I booked only a few days in advance.

Good location, v helpful owner, v good room. Good value.

+ The location was where we wanted it ie near the old town. The owner is always contactable but access is electronic. The room was of good size and very clean and the bathroom excellent. It was very good value for money

− We had no issues: it does not really provide food or coffee other than a bit of help yourself , but we were not looking for that. If you do want this then this is not the right hotel for you.

+ Everything was very clean. The room and bathroom were both big and modern. The room had a fridge and a big balcony. Check in was super easy. Would definitely recommend.
