Schönes Apartment mit Meerblick

+ Das einzige große Hotel im Zentrum von Madalena war ausgebucht, doch die Vila Barca mit ihren Apartments ist eine gute Alternative, allerdings ohne Frühstück. Es hat einen Balkon mit Meerblick, von der Küche sieht man den Pico. Die Entfernung ins Zentrum ist ca. 1 km oder 15 min, gut zu erlaufen. Für den Abend gibt es allerdings auch zwei gute Essensangebote in unmittelbarer Nähe. Positiv: es gibt eine Waschmaschine.

− Zum Frühstück muss man ins Zentrum laufen oder fahren.

+ Stanza pulitissima con balconcino vista mare da cui fare ottimi aperitivi/cene al tramonto. Disponibilità del personale, parcheggio privato gratuito. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Madalena e di fronte a delle piscine naturali molto carine.

− Cucina non molto fornita, non c’erano nemmeno i sacchi per la spazzatura.

+ Posizione ottima a un 15 minuti a piedi dal paese e a 2 passi dal mare e da una piscina. Struttura semplice stile guesthouse, pulita e spaziosa. Bellissimo terrazzo vista mare

Heel goed

+ Villa Barca bood een heel goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding: het onthaal was warm, de communicatie verliep vlot en het appartement was praktisch ingericht en goed onderhouden. Het interieur mag misschien een kleine upgrade krijgen, en de broodrooster in onze kamer was aan vernieuwing toe. De parkeergelegenheid op het terrein was uitstekend, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte.

− Achter de parkeerplaats ligt een braakliggend terrein dat eveneens van de eigenaar is. Het zou de accommodatie nog mooier maken als ook dat stukje wat aandacht krijgt, maar verder was ons verblijf heel aangenaam.

Nette Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Madalena mit Meerblick

+ Schönes kleines Zimmer mit Balkon. Zwar an der Straße gelegen, jedoch trotzdem ruhig. Toller Blick Richtung Meer bzw. hinüber auf Faial. Gute bzw. problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und netter Empfang. Bequeme Betten und gute Ausstattung. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft Meerwasser-Pool und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ortskern von Madalena auch (noch) fußläufig erreichbar - ca. 15 Min.

Très bon hôtel

+ - L'Emplacement face à la mer : chemin côtier accessible à pied avec piscine naturelle, foodtruck et un super bar pour les couchers de soleil sur Fayal. Le mont Pico visible juste derrière l'hôtel. A 2 minutes en voiture / 13 min à pied du ferry et centre ville. - le personnel aimable et serviable - la chambre avec terrasse vue mer. quelques voitures passent sur la route mais cela n'est pas dérangeant la nuit, fenêtres fermées.

− - Envisager la possibilité de mettre un affichage à accrocher à la poignée de la porte extérieure pour indiquer que l'on ne souhaite pas être dérangé pour le ménage le matin. - Les lits un peu trop fermes

Amazing views in a comfortable and spacious apartment!

+ A very spacious apartment. Thoughtfully designed with amazing views of the mountain from the kitchen and views of the ocean from the bedroom balcony. Location was just outside Madalena, with easy parking and access to drive around the island. We were working remotely and both of us had no issues with the wifi. Staff were kind and attentive. Cleaning each day was great. Shower was very clean. All the service you enjoy in a hotel with the comforts of a private apartment.

− Não gostei de receber mensagens em inglês, sendo eu portuguesa e encontrar-me em Portekiz. Solicitei a correção e disseram-me para eu fazer a tradução, fiquei incrédula.

A lovely clean, modern apartment with beautiful views of Faial and with lovely owners and staff

+ Modern, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff and beautiful views in a convenient location. We liked the fact that there was a small kitchen so that we could make breakfast / meals.

− There was nothing we didn’t like. It was a perfect spot to spend 6 nights. We had such a comfortable stay.

+ The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment, which is serviced daily was clean, spacious and well equipped. Located within a 10 minute walk into town and 5 minutes to a lovely natural swimming hole. Plenty of car parking.
