Casa Chozie, Nerja

Nous avons découvert une très belle ville, avec de très bonnes prestations nos la résidence de la Capistrano.

+ La terraza, indiscutiblemente. El sofá,la cama y sillones, muy confortables. La tranquilidad de la zona. Menaje muy completo. Detalles de los anfitriones como cortesía.

− Los mosquitos 🦟. Aunq no es problema del apartamento. Es propio de la vegetación y humedad de la zona. Sólo a modo de informacion: hay escaleras para acceder al apartamento y ninguna instalacion para el acceso de personas con movilidad reducida.

Nerja is a beautiful place to visit. Highly recommended & we would definitely stay

+ We arrived to a bottle of red wine some snacks. Water and beer in the fridge. The property was very clean and well equipped. About 25 minutes walk from the old town or a short taxi drive away. The supermarkets were about 4 minutes drive away. Lovely quiet urbanization which is what we wanted with lovely views onto the sea. Debs the owner checked we arrived safely.

Nice stay

+ Fully Equipped Kitchen: Had everything needed for cooking (utensils, oils, and essentials were all provided). Thoughtful Extras: The host provided snacks and drinks, which was a lovely touch. Comfort & Gear: Fresh towels and bed linens, a secure safe/vault for valuables, and a comfortable sofa. Outdoor Space: A fantastic terrace/balcony with great outdoor seating. The host (couple) were great, and we even met them briefly during checkout.

− We were uncomfortable being asked to send our passport photos via email/WhatsApp. While we know Spanish law requires this data, sending ID scans over insecure channels is a major GDPR risk. I’d strongly suggest the host switch to a secure check-in portal—it’s much safer for everyone’s identity. An ideal scenario would be ... The host sends guest a unique link (via Booking.com) to a service like Chekin, Check-in Scan, or Civitfun. Guest have to fill the details , and it securely transmit this to government official portal like Spanish Ministry of Interior (the SES.Hospedajes portal). I guess, there is a small registration fee that cud be charged to guest.

+ Nos gustó todo. Está muy bien equipado, la cama muy cómoda y lo mejor la terraza.

− El no poder quedarnos más días

+ Un atout pour cet appartement c’est sa terrasse avec sa super vue, ses équipements très confortables et ce nouveau barbecue idéal pour passer de bonne soirée

− Il y a juste un petit point négatif la route qui passe derrière la résidence est un peu bruyant au petit matin pour les personnes qui veulent faire la grasse matinée

Unos días en Nerjar.

+ El apartamento dispone de todo, como si fuese tu casa, desde especias hasta toallas. Limpio y muy buen Contacto con los dueños. El complejo dispone de piscinas.

− Está algo apartado para ir andando a la playa, son quince minutos en cuesta, el camino no es bueno. Está distanciado del centro del pueblo para ir/regresar andando.

+ La terraza es espectacular. La casa está muy bien en general , con muchos detalles y buen gusto

− La nevera es muy pequeña y enfría regular. El sofá también es bastante pequeño y algo incómodo. La situación de la piscina hace que prácticamente sea imposible ir, ya que o vas en coche o luego te toca sudar para subir toda la cuesta, con lo que si vas a refrescarte llegas totalmente acalorado de nuevo.

+ The apartment is in an ideal location in Nerja. Liked the extra fridge on the terrace. The extra seating too. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.

− I don't like giving negative feedback generally, but the only issue we had was the mattress was a bit too hard for my personal liking. Otherwise everything was good

+ property was walking distance to sea and centre. supermarket 5 min walk away and it was a in a quiet neighbourhood. the owners provided extensive information about the local area: restaurants services shopping access to beaches etc. the house has everything you need and more!

Very enjoyable.

+ Ideal location for us. Nice stroll into town or to nearby Maro. Two pools and a children's pool on the urbanization. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Bus stop close by. Lovely apartment and helpful host.

Peace and quiet on a hill over nerja

+ The apartment was lovely. Very comfortable and cosy with a wonderful terrace (I loved the terrace). The apartment is located in a beautifullly maintained complex. Amazing views. Everything was pretty much like the description and the photos. Nerja is a beautiful town. Lots of locals. The folks who assist to check you in etc were exceptionally kind and helpful.. Lastly the views are gorgeous.

− I didn't realize that the pool was not next to the apartment, but rather one has to walk across the street and then down through other sidewalks within the complex. It's located a bit of a hike to the town center. I didn't rent a car. There is a bus that runs every hour. The distance is manageable but not as easy if you wish to go to town and back several times a day on foot. However it also makes it very peaceful and higher up with gorgeous views.

+ Great apartment, good size roof terrace with a sea and garden view. Very clean and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Well equipped with all you need, even some English channels on the TV!

− I think you would have to nit-pick to find a fault worth mentioning.
