+ La ubicación

− Las camas y el mando de la televisión no funciona bien.

+ Gostamos da localização.

− As camas são muito duras, parecem tábuas. Havia um sofá cama na sala q parecia mais macio para dormir porém não pudemos usá-lo pois estava com lacre para não ser aberto. A divisão do apto parece q foi adaptada de um espaço comercial para um residencial, a divisão entre a sala e o quarto é um vidro tirando privacidade.

+ La cocina y la distribución del apartamento. Su ubicación y la posibilidad de parking adicional.

− No había luz en las mesillas y había que apagarla desde la puerta. El sofá necesita una funda limpia.

− Las camas súper duras , la simpatía del chico que nos enseño el piso. Le falto decirnos hasta buenas. Muy desagradable para el coste que pagamos el trato fue pésimo. Cuando le quería llamar o mandar un WhatsApp te escribían que era parte de empresa y no te respondía la espera no fue puntual ni para entrar en la vivienda.

+ The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It has a great location in the center. Easy access to public transportation, shops, cafes.

Eine gute Wahl für wenige Übernachtungen.

+ Lage sehr gut mit Fußentfernung zur Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Bäckereien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tiefgarage geräumig.

− Sauberkeit nicht optimal. Aussicht nur auf Innenhof, aber vermutlich gut bei Hitze. Tiefgarage ist nicht im Preis enthalten (17€/Tag). Wird von Booking nicht angegeben.

Superb

+ Quite big flat and the women let us come earlier- it was very comfortable for us as we had to move from another place early. Also there is kind of balcony -it was nice surprise. All facilities as mentioned in description - everything works perfect.

− Smell of cigaretes. It is written in desciption as it is for non smokers but all curtains were soaked with cigaretes smell. Not very nice especially coming with small children. Also it would be nice to have a little sugar, salt, oil and etc. Also frying pan was awefully scratched and no wooden spatula left for stirring in it - it might be a reason of scratched pan. Also the sofa was not in a best condition.

Clean flat, friendly owner, absolutely great choice to be close to everywhere and feel home:)

Not ideal

+ The lady who I chatted with was nice. The location is good. It’s a 15 min walk to city centre. It’s a spacious 2 bedroom plus sofa bed spacious apartment. It’s on the first floor so easy to get to. Underground parking is available for a fee. Neighbors are polite and friendly. Lots of good food and grocery and mall options.

− We didn’t have WiFi for 24 hours. Nobody checked to make sure it was working right before our arrival. We later found out it was a site wide WiFi outage and the lady came to the apt the next day to reboot the router which fixed the issue. I had to spend using my own data overseas. For a group, we ONLY had ONE toilet paper provided for one whole week. While the unit is clean, sheets are very old with old stains. Sofa bed is large but sheets are also old and have dirty stains previously. There is no dishwasher. They take a 150euro deposit. While the lady was engaging, her management team is absent. Little to no communication at all, strict rules, very cheap frugal mentality. There were no helpful written notes or instructions. YouTube on tv didn’t work. Apparently hot water capacity is ONLY 50L, so you have to wait an hour each time to use it! I didn’t know till I had to ask. Again, very little communication. There is no garbage bin so you have to throw out your own garbage daily outside. On check out the cleansing crew asked me to throw out my own garbage lol. I asked for late check out given our experiences, and we only received 20 minutes because that’s what the “boss” approved. LMAO. The park behind the building is shady at night. Overall I would only recommend this place for one night not longer.
