Que si no lees bien el anuncio. al leer parking te lleva a pensar que hay parking en el edificio y a lo que se refiere por parking son los parking públicos de la localidad que no están muy cerca

La vía de acceso está siendo intervenida y resulta un poco incómodo el Acceso pero nada que te impida disfrutar esa bella población
Centralt boende nära till det mesta, både centrum, havet, butiker, tågstation och vandringsleder. Stor lägenhet med mycket rymlighet. Två dubbelsängar och en enkelsäng.
Det var en stor byggarbetsplats på gatan utanför, vilket var ett konstant byggarbete från tidig morgon till sen kväll (19.00) där de stängde av vattnet varje dag för att dra ledningar. Det var mycket lyhört från gatan så man hörde allt ljud utanför. Man fick bara tillgång till en nyckel. Saknades en del faciliteter i köksutrustningen... Vore det inte för byggarbetsplatsen utanför så hade betygsättningen varit högre.
De centrale ligging. Je komt onmiddellijk uit op het midden van de dijk. Perfecte locatie om zowel de dijk, het strand als de oude stad te ontdekken. De grootte van het appartement is zeker oke voor 5 personen.
In de frigo stond echt niets. Paar flesjes water en wat frisdranken voorzien is absoluut een meerwaarde. Er was wel koffie voorzien met speculooskoekjes. In de eenpersoonskamer staat geen kleerkast. Dat is absoluut een must! Je moet je kleren dus in de valies laten liggen. Op de foto oogt het terrasje 'groter'. We vonden het wel jammer dat we geen plaats hadden om met 5 eens op ons terras te kunnen zitten.
Ruim en net appartement
Sehr geräumig, zwei Bäder, drei Schlafzimmer, ideale Lage, sowohl in die Altstadt als an den Strand, nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof, Geschäfte in der Nähe.
Baustelle vor dem Haus, die aber bald vorbei sein wird. Die Wohnung könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (z. B. Mistkübel im Bad, Zitronenpresse, kleine Schüsseln). Ich würde die Wohnung aber trotzdem empfehlen.

Lo único qe no nos gustó fueron la almohadas un poco incómodas para dormir
L'hébergement estaba limpio, es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa caminando y cerca del casco antiguo. Tiene todo tipo de comercios cerca. Pero la zona es tranquila, nada ruidoso. Se puede acceder en coche hasta la puerta. El anfitrión muy amable y tanteo en todo momento.
Lo que menos me gustó es que en las chambres solo hay aire acondicionado, no ventiladores de techo (solo hay en una pequeña con una cama individual que no tiene aire) y que las lits y almohadas son duras.
L'appartement était mieux qu'on pensait, dans une résidence très propre .et bien tranquille. On le recommande fortement vraiment top 10/10 , Très propre et tout ce qu'on avait besoin, proche de la plage , promenade , resto, café supermarché, ainsi 5 minute de la gare pour aller Benidorm, Alicante etc

Not enough water for 2 morning showers and we were in 4 people. third room does not have heating/ air conditioner what forced my 2 friends to have to share the queen bed room. Water gets cold during the shower. The Suite shower drain was blocked. The suite bed, pillows and the sofa had a old sweat smell that could be solved by a fabric cleaning. If these issues were address it would be a perfect place 10 in everything.
The apartment is very spacious and clean. Location was excellent. Communication with host before and during stay was very good.
A kettle would be useful.
Everything! Location Location Location! Super Comfortable, near everything in Altea. Nicely furnished, everything in good shape, ultra clean. Many parking options.

Spacious apartment. Big kitchen. Big rooms, 2 bath. So confirmable for a group of 4. We can live there long term. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice balcony. Elevator.
Parking was challenging. The master bedroom is facing a busy street in front of the taxi and bus stop. Could be a bit noisy.
Great location for beach, main street and old town. Really clean, modern and comfortable. Large apartment, very comfortable for a family of four.
One or two maintenance issues such as the handle on the bathroom door which kept falling off. Main bedroom is street facing and it’s noisy at night and early morning.

To few Words to describe our stay!! Appartment is VERY spacious! Bathtub very large and all rooms very spacious and comfortable! Kitchen has all you need and even got fresh fruit from Cristina’s own farm! Cristina is a very friendly host! We arrived late cause of a national celebration day but that was no trouble at all! Contact with our host was flawless and she responded very quick and corrector at all our questions. We cannot reccomment this appartment highly enough if you ever want to visit beautifull Altea! Will deffinately stay here again!
Eeehm only we only had a weeks time to enjoy it;) The balcony is north so the sun didnt really hit ours at all during our stay, but hey, it was februar and the beach is a 100mtr walk;)
