Un gustazo de piso, amplio, cómodo ,con vistas a la plaza y al ayuntamiento, con mucho encanto y que está muy bien equipado .Además con desayuno completo y obsequio de bienvenida un detallazo !
Me gustó todo, al principio sorprende la antigüedad de la entrada y el patio, pero eso normal al ser un edificio con solera.

Center of town location. Spacious for several people.
Stairs with luggage are getting harder for us. We enjoy the bedroom facing the plaza but the windows are older, which means you hear everything outside (late night garbage pick up, market setup ect). But we still enjoyed the light of the room.
Prachtig oud huis, warm ingericht met mooi meubilair en boekenkasten. Heerlijk. Veel verschillende kamers, allemaal met ramen. Prima keuken. Goede bedden. Kortom: op leeftijd, maar voldoet aan alle moderne eisen. Ligging aan centraal, levendig, maar rustig plein. Luarca was überhaupt een fantastische plaats waar je alles kan vinden wat je nodig hebt. Wat een ligging! Leuke mensen.

No hay ascensor pero ya lo sabíamos al cogerlo
Emplacement excelente, en plena plaza del Ayuntamiento, con unas vistas preciosas y al lado de la estación de autobuses. La entrada autónoma da libertad a la hora de llegar. La amabilidad de Alfredo, que dispuso todo para nuestra llegada, con detalles, como productos para el primer desayuno o la limpieza del piso y la calefacción encendida, hicieron la experiencia aún más agradable. El piso disponía de utensilios suficientes en la cocina.
En nuestro caso no fué un problema, ya que en la descripción lo especifica, pero el acceso es por escalera a un segundo piso.

Todo me gustó. Era el apartamento perfecto para nuestras necesidades.

La ubicación estupenda, el apartamento muy amplio, la amabilidad del dueño que nos obsequió con un bizcocho de bienvenida.
Echamos de menos que hubiese más toallas ya que estuvimos una semana y disponíamos de una por persona. El resto todo bien.

Could have done with a mirror in second bedroom
Very nice location with plenty of space and equipment. Totally nice & responsive host! We forgot something in the appartment & they‘ve sent it to us abroad. That was very kind. We loved to stay there.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable; it was the entire 2nd floor. (Third floor in US.) Nicely decorated, very clean, great airflow from windows on three sides. Comfortable gathering space in the front of the apartment overlooking the plaza. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, waterfront and beach. Our host was easy to reach and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The building doesn’t look like much from the outside (some graffiti) but once you get inside, it’s fine. Sometimes we could find parking close by; other times we had to park at the beach (free)—still an easy walk.
5 beds for three people? Two dining tables? Kitchen, tea bags, etc, etc.
Really difficult to find. Keep going around the square and aim between the pink and white buildings.
You can;t find a better location. I found a Handicap Parking in front of the apartment.
Location is superb! The unit is huge. Their is 1 full bath and a powder room (toilet only). Open the door in the kitchen to find the small bath. Note that ground floor is referred to as “0”, not 1st floor. So, it’s two flights up, not 1 to the 3rd floor (in the USA it would be 3rd floor). No elevator. WiFi was extremely good (300+ mbps). Restaurant on ground floor (Don Angel) is excellent. Opt for the fixed price meal which includes salad, entree, dessert, and wine or other drinks. In September 2022 it was $15 €.
The entrance is not obvious. It’s on the side of the building in a somewhat sketchy courtyard (all safe just not charming).
The apartment was beautiful, plenty of space and perfectly located. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet and peaceful and perfect for a family. It had a very homely feel to it. The hostess was so helpful and we recommend it highly.
