+ Petite maison individuelle, dans laquelle on se sent réellement "chez soi", avec une terrasse surplombant directement la mer - la vue ( sur la mer et le Pico) était spectaculaire, couchers de soleil garantis. Aménagement plaisant et pratique. Bon contact avec l'hôtesse, qui a été réactive pour nous dépanner en cas de problème. Possibilité de faire des courses non loin.

− La maison est située à l'entrée de Lajes do Pico, un peu loin du centre/du port, et surtout très bruyante car construite le long de la route principale (axe ouest-est de l’île). La chambre donne sur cette route.

+ La terrassa amb vistes a l'oceà. Zona tranquil.la. La casa amb tot el necessari preparat per utilitzar. La finestra de la cuina amb vistes. Espai per deixar el cotxe

− Per dir alguna cosa... Què està al costat de la carretera, tot i que no ha estat un problema perquè no és molt transitada.

− the description is deceiving and dishonest, The host is very angry this is very unusual in pico "next to a quiet road" this is not true as the bedroom window is 2 meters from the main road of the island so for most hours you have trucks, busses and cars that you can hear very loud you can see it in google. also keys didn't work so i had to enter through the window the lock was very hard to handle and i injured myself 2 times host knew about the problem but did not fix it there was no heating in the apartment just on very small radiator that did not heat up the place at all electricity is unstable and you need to choose what appliance you want to use. i spent one night and many ours without electricity as i did not know where the electricity box was ps. it is next to the other house, as they are sharing the electricity

Traffic noise way beyond my comfort!

+ Everything is in walking distance.

− Car traffic noise is extrem! Day and night! House is next to a super busy road and house is built to let the noise come pretty much through the walls! Also the stove was not working well! And the place really only sleeps three grown ups ..I had to sleep on the floor!

− We could not set the unit to have air conditioning inside the house, we were a little hot when we arrived and then at night while sleeping
