Lugar ideal

+ Todo perfecto. Emplacement ideal frente a la playa, el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario. La comunicación fue muy fluida y muy amables. Sin duda para repetir.

+ Location great, very clean had everything you needed and plenty of space. Lovely terrace with a hot tub that didn't need to hot so great to cool down in.

− There was a smell from the drain when you used the shower and some loose decking on the terrace.

+ apartmán je priestorný, čistý, veľa izieb a miesta, krásny výhľad, parkovanie na ulici pred apartmánom, majiteľ reagoval rýchlo a bol nápomocný

− v jednej časti apartmánu vôbec nie je prirodzené svetlo - 1 spálňa, kúpeľňa, WC, klíma je iba v obývačke, kuchyňa je slabo zariadená - málo pohárov hlavne, vírivka sa nedala dosť nahriať. Na prvom poschodí je malý balkon a ľudia z promenády vás vidia ako na dlani

+ L appartement est très spacieux, la literie très confortable. L appartement est bien situé pour se déplacer sur l île entière, et la vue sur la mer est très agréable

− Il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine, du style couteaux à dents, ciseaux, spatules en bois pour la cuisine...

Lugar perfecto en Taliarye

+ El apartamento es grande, eramos 4 personas y nos encontramos muy a gusto. La terraza es un plus, todos los desayunos y cenas los hicimos allí.

Spacious apartment in waterfront location in Telde.

+ The location was fantastic, offering an energetic atmosphere without feeling overly crowded. The apartment is perfectly situated right on the waterfront, providing beautiful views of the ocean. The nearby beach is ideal for sunbathing and tidepool watching. We especially enjoyed unwinding on the spacious balcony and spending hours exploring the vibrant tidepools, which teemed with colorful sea life and fascinating marine creatures. As a bonus, the street parking was very easy to find.

− There were truly very few aspects to dislike about our stay. If I had to be extremely particular, I would mention that some doors creaked occasionally, but this was a minor detail in an otherwise outstanding experience. Every other aspect exceeded our expectations and contributed to a memorable visit.

+ Big apartment, we had all what we needed, nice view. Easy to find parking space. Very safe and quiet area.

Viel Licht, aber auch etwas Schatten

+ Wir hatten das Penthouse. Dieses fanden wir prima eingerichtet und ausgestattet vor, sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Direkt an der Strandpromenade, größerer Spar-Supermarkt fussläufig. Top organisiert: Schlüsselübergabe und Mängelmanagement. Gute Dusche, gute Betten. Geschirrspüler.

− Die Feinheiten sind es: abseits vom Massentourismus ist man ohne Auto hier verloren. Der Fahrstuhl reicht nur bis in die 3. Etage, die letzte über eine eher enge Treppe. Der Wohnort liegt mitten in der Flugschneise, da ist es abends nix mit Romantik, wenn alle 10 Minuten ein Flieger hochgeht

Excellent vacation on a great place with a great views from Jakuzzi

+ The host gives very explanatory instructions how to get into the room. Everything fine. Many space, great rooms, jakuzzi is unbelivable! Very great views from jacuzzi to the sea, especially if you like to see sunrize.

− At the strong wind something something was grinding near the kids'room window. Probablyy the windows itself, the window sashes have a gap in the frame.

Große Wohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick

+ Perfekte Lage für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Kein Massentourismus. Schöner Weg direkt an der Küste entlang. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Große Wohnung. 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer mit extra Bad sind durch einen langen Flur mit der 'Hauptwohnung' verbunden.

− Ja, man hört die Flugzeuge, hat uns aber nicht gestört bei windigem Wetter ist Meeresbrandung lauter und Nachts gibt es ein Flugverbot. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig.

+ Very close to the ocean. Big rooms. Two bathrooms. Great for more people. Well equipped. Close to Spar. Big windows. In case of problem quick solution.

− The terrace us very small not like on the picture. But we liked it.

Amazing views, very relaxing - quiet area off season

+ Views are amazing and hot tub a real luxury with great views from that too. Beds firm and very comfortable. Apartment very clean and reasonably well equipped. Fish restaurant right nearby was lovely, friendly staff (menus all in spanish but waiter had great english), although like everywhere else it closed around 6pm.

− Lighting inside in the evening is just the big overhead lights. Had I known I would have brought a wee rechargeable lamp. Its not possible to take through from bedrooms as these are wall fixings. Very quiet area in March. Nothing except the Spar open after about 6pm. There was nowhere nearby for an evening meal. Maybe just due to being time of year.

− There is a washing machine but we did not like to hang our cloth outside an inner shaft, no pegs. A folding drying rack to put out on the balcony would be very welcome with a bag of pegs.

+ Nagyon tágas, szuper elhelyezkedésű lakás. 7 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A közelben van strand, bolt és étterem is.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit toller Lage direkt am Meer - wir komen auf jeden Fall wieder

+ Sehr geräumiges Apartment; direkt an der Promenade; fußläufig zu Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt; vom Wohnzimmer, Balkon und Schlafzimmer Blick auf das Meer; schöner Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon; ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten; Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer aber sehr effektiv; 2 Badezimmer (statt nur einem wie in der Beschreibung) + zusätzliches WC; an unseren letzten beiden Tagen hat der Verwalter dafür gesorgt, dass die Bauarbeiten ausgesetzt wurden - Vielen Dank dafür!

− Startende Flugzeuge vom nahegelegenen Airport; allerdings Nachtflugverbot; in der Küche hätte ein Topf mehr und zwei bessere Pfannen sein können (hat uns allerdings wenig beschränkt); zeitweise Bauarbeiten an der Fassade und damit verbundener Lärm (allerdings hat der Verwalter darauf wenig Einfluss gehabt);
