Lovely apartment on quiet street close to beach

+ Lovely clean quiet modern apartment. Good location 2 mins from beach and overpriced restaurants. 10 mins from a decent Carrefour supermarket. Air con is great and smart tv was a bonus. All facilities top notch and choice of balconies was great. Comms & support from Sitges group was excellent.

− Really good apartment but 9/10 because Balconies heavily overlooked & Mattress protector on couch bed in living room obviously hasn’t been cleaned for a while.

+ It was really clean, nicely furnished and on great location

− There was very loud worksite on the street very early in the morning which woke us. We where offered to use shower at the Office, if required before our flight. This was nice but the price would have been ridiculous, 100 eur for our family with 4 members

− Klimatyzacja tylko w salonie, w sypialniach jedynie dostępny wiatrak co w warunkach letnich bywa niewystarczalne

− Manque de produits Classiques dans la cuisine (sel,poivre, huile), il manque également un rideau entre le salon et le couloir qui puisse être mis quand des gens dorment dans le salon

Bardzo udane 5 dni. Czysta, spokojna okolica, blisko centrum, plaży i stacji kolejowej.

+ Bliskość plaży, czysty przestronny apartament, duża kuchnia, możliwość zrobienia prania(kapsułki w obiekcie). Doskonały kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu.

Nice apartment, on expensive side if you consider value for money.

+ Apartment was nice and clean.

− Fairly far walk from train station with luggage and no early check in was allowed. A deposit of Eur200 is required on check in and refunded later. This takes several days and has an impact on cashflow.

− Tylko jedna tabletka do zmywarki, więc przez większość wyjazdu musieliśmy zmywać ręcznie

− Would have liked some body wash and more basic essentials but nothing was really a problem

+ Everything was great. Place. Atmosphere of Sitges is incrediblle. Apartement is closed to the beach and the center. We loved that place

Kiva residenssi lyhyeen lomailuun. Vaikutti enemmän kaupunkiasunnolta kuin "loma-asunnolta".

+ Ovikoodi käytännöllinen, ei tarvittu avaimia. Siisti huoneisto, kaikkialla puhdasta. Asunnossa hyvä pohja; 2 erillistä makuuhuonetta ja kunnnon kokoinen kylpyhuone. Iso terassi. Lyhyt matka keskustastaan, ruokakauppaan vartin kävelymatka, samoin rautatieasemalle.

− Ei hissiä, portaikko 3. kerrokseen kapea, vaikeakulkuinen matkalaukkujen kanssa. Näköala terassilta ei ollut hääppönen, vastakkainen talo lähellä.

Excellent property, excellent company

+ Three bedrooms, all in modern decor with comfortable beds. Two bathrooms with shower, neither is an e suite so accessable to all in the apartment, which is a great feature. Codes for doors so much easier than risking loss of a key. We checked in online via Whatsapp and the staff could not have been more helpful

− Perhaps provide some more bin bags and a few extra dishwasher tablets. One of my group suggested it would be good if a cheap parasol could be provided which customers could bring to the beach

Tolle Unterkunft in einem netten Örtchen in der Nähe von Barcelona.

+ Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Sie ist modern und sauber. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden. Durch einen Türcode kommt man die Unterkunft wodurch keine lästige Schlüsselübergabe erforderlich ist. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft liegt in dem kleinen Ort Sitges, etwa 40 Autominuten von der Innenstadt Barcelona entfernt. Von der Unterkunft aus erreicht man fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten den Strand und die Promenade von Sitges, wo viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu finden sind. Wir sind eigentlich für die Stadt Barcelona hierher gekommen, wurden jedoch vom Ort Sitges wirklich positiv überrascht. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

− Hier gibt es nicht viel auszusetzen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist wird leider etwas Probleme mit der Parkplatzsuche haben.
