− Hello everyone! Do not approach this apartment! After a long journey throughout Portugal, we arrived at our last weekend in Lisbon. Every apartment we stayed at here was fantastic, until we got to the apartment in Lisbon. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM but when we arrived, there was no key in the box and the cleaner hadn’t even started cleaning our room. She told us that within 20 minutes it would be clean (which is also a bit suspicious) and that we should leave and come back - we came back at 5:00 PM!! and the room still wasn’t clean! And not only that… there were poop residues stuck to the toilet, hair in the shower from the previous guests, and a foul smell in the room. We got room 7 which is in the attic. It should be noted that the attitude of the woman we spoke with on the phone was pleasant and service-oriented, until she simply disappeared on us when we got back to our country. We were promised 65 euros as compensation for the distress we went through, she told us there was a mistake in the bank transfer, we sent new details and asked to see proof but lo and behold - she has since stopped answering and apparently deleted WhatsApp or blocked us because she has one checkmark. There’s no way in life that tourists would be treated like this in our country when they just wanted to come and enjoy themselves. Our ending in Portugal was disgusting and appalling thanks to the owners here. Do yourselves a favor and look for another place!

+ Az elhelyezkedés rendben volt. Kérêsünkre megengedtêk, hogy a csomagot távozáskor tovább otthagyjuk. Ezért köszönetet mondunk.

− A bookingon látható képek és a valóság sajnos nem fedi egymást. Az egyik szobában, az agy mellett van egy műanyag harmonika ajtó, ami valamilyen helyiséget választ le, de ott erős fény van, ami egész éjjel világit a szobába.Törött, lekopott szoba ajtó. Pozdorja a plafon. A fürdőszoba tükre hiányzott. A betett fűtőtest lába ki volt törve. A szappan adagoló üres volt. Nem volt bekeszítve paplan, csak egy vékony lepedő. Kérésre természetesen hoztak. A képek magukért beszélnek. Nagyon olcsó hatású szállás. Az érkezéskor megadott kód nem működött, egy másik kódot adtak hosszas kommunikáció után, amit nem angolul, hanem portugálul kellett lefolytatni.

+ The only positive point is the convenient central location, close to everything. But overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

− Our stay in this Lisbon apartment was unfortunately disappointing. The first impression wasn’t pleasant — before even checking in, I received a late-night message asking us to be quieter, which was confusing since we hadn’t arrived yet. It seemed like there was some serious mix-up with guest scheduling and organization. They also asked us to pay a city tax that was already included in the total price on Booking.com — it felt like an attempted scam, and I had to show payment confirmations and screenshots from the booking to prove it. When we arrived, we couldn’t get through the main door because the lock was broken. We had to wait for a staff member to let us in. Once inside, we discovered the apartment hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, and it was impossible to stay there. We were temporarily given another room while they cleaned the one we had booked. We asked the cleaner for extra blankets since there weren’t enough for all the beds, but she didn’t understand either English or Portuguese, which made communication difficult. The apartment itself looked nothing like the photos — those must have been taken a long time ago or by a professional hiding all the flaws. There were holes in the floor covered with plastic, the shower door was falling off, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for eight people for two nights. One of the beds was broken and impossible to sleep on. The Wi-Fi network existed but didn’t actually provide an internet connection. An hour before checkout, some strangers tried to enter the apartment, and after we left, the staff messaged us asking to pick up our luggage — even though we had already taken everything.
