Very relaxing holiday, wonderful accommodation, will be recommending it to family and friends.

+ Fabulous villa, well stocked, lots of space inside and outside and very comfortable. Lovely quiet location with two swimming pools to choose from. Shop, chemist and restaurants on door step. Beach short walk from villa.

+ Very well equipped for a family holiday with young children. Including high chair, push chair and cots. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of crockery. The washing machine and dishwasher got well used. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

− We had a very boisterous 2 year old. It would have benefited from a safety gate at the top of the stairs out of the living room to the basement bedroom.

Amazing!

+ Everything! It was like home from home for us. It has everything you need. Security was a huge must for us having an autistic child who loves to escape with no danger awareness. The property and complex (pool area) was gated and only accessible by keys. We had a great stay and lovely holiday it was very clean and host and staff was extremely helpful.

Great location and well equipped villa

+ The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location — just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with several good restaurants close by and a supermarket right across the road. We also really enjoyed having access to multiple pools within the complex. Would definitely stay again!

+ Last minute booking and host was very responsive and helpful. Place was clean and lovely to have heated pool option - kids pool and adult pool . Very close to beaches - beach is safe for young kids. Restaurants all close by

Perfect villas for our multi generational family holiday

+ We had an amazing week at Adeje Park. We booked two villas, one with a pool, for our family of 4 generations. They were both lovely, modern villas, supplied with everything a family needs. The 4 bedroom villa that I stayed in was perfect for us. The living space and the outside space were superb. Plenty of sunbeds, a cabana (my favourite spot) a BBQ and a lovely pool which was perfect for our two grandchildren. We didn’t use the communal pool as we had our own one, but the complex was very well set up for families and is very tastefully designed. We were @ 10 mins taxi drive from the main Costa Adeje area which we went to a couple of nights. There was a supermarket and a number of bars and restaurants literally next door to the complex but it was still a lovely quiet spot. We walked into La Caleta along the beach which was a short walk. We had excellent communication before we arrived with Juan, who supplied us with links to restaurants, whale/dolphin watching trips, which I would highly recommend, car hire, surfing info, and any other information we asked for. Everything was easy, and we had no issues at all. I would love to return. Thank you Juan

Beautiful Villa with great facilities - can't wait to return next year.

+ Juan (and Max) was fantastic with our party throughout and his Villa is beautiful, which met all our needs. Any problems (our fault) were sorted straightaway and both his and Max's communication with me from booking to checking out was first class. The facilities were great, so much so, we've decided to return to his Villa for our trip next year - can't wait. It's ideally located, within walking distance to La Caleta, the beaches at del Duque/Fanabe and Costa Adeje. I honestly can't recommend this Villa enough - you will not be disappointed.

− Only downside was the basement twin room (which I stayed in) didn't have a toilet - it did have a shower and basin, so if you needed to go in the night, you had to come back upstairs to use the one on the Gnd floor. It wasn't ideal, as 4 of us had to share this one (2 twin rooms) but we coped overall and was no real issue.

Fantastic villa, location and host

+ The property was exactly as advertised- very clean and modern, well furnished, lots of space for everyone - we had 4 adults staying but the property could easily accommodate more. The beds were comfortable, the host had provided everything we needed and was very prompt and helpful in any queries we had. The use of the complex pool was very good. The location is fantastic and we would love to return. Just to mention there are several really good restaurants, a reasonable cafe and a handy supermarket within a minute walk. Parking is also very easy immediately outside the complex.

+ Juan the owner kept in touch prior to our arrival and during the stay, ensuring we were happy and offered advice when requested.. ie - a list of quality restaurants. Also upon our arrival Monica the manager gave us a tour of the property explaining everything...she also explained about recycling, local shops etc. Monica also arranged with us to leave our luggage on site for a few extra hours as we had a later flight as the next arrivals were later in the day. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Amazing complex, very private and not at all busy. We had the two pool areas either to ourselves or with no .ore than two other small groups. A good location, out of the.main hustle and bustle of Costa Adeje but with good transport route, very walkable...cheap car hire and taxi rank down the road. Would definately recommend.

− Our view for our entire stay was a empty pool - an eyesore and a danger to our kids. We also had to the leave the property during the day because of construction noise.

A lovely villa in our ideal location with amazing facilities.

+ The property was very clean and tidy, and modern in style. The sun was in the garden all day, which was well kept making the stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The property had all the amenities you could wish for from hair dryers, to kitchen appliances and a lovely outdoor eating area.

Fantastic place for a family stay.

+ Fantastic place. We had a great week. The apartment was bigger than expected, well stocked with all we needed for the week - nice to have beach towels included. The pools and grounds are lovely - even better than the pictures. There was one heated pool and one unheated. The heated pool was lovely to swim in even in January. Plenty of parking on the streets around and a few nice restaurants/pizza takeaway and small supermarket opposite.

+ A fabulous villa with a great pool. It was just a real bonus to have Netflix as we don't go out at night. The whole area is very safe and a great little beach for a swim a few minutes walk away.

+ Lovely Quite area with just a small spin into the centre. The villa was amazing spotless clean with all the facilities and the pool was ideal for our little girl! Communication was excellent with Juan at all times..check in and out was very easy..we had an amazing stay and will hopefully return next year

+ Excellent communication with owners. We were met at the villa and given information about it. Any questions we had whilst on holiday were answered quickly. Villa very clean. Complex was quiet when we were there but Grandson loved the pool as we had it to ourselves majority of the time. Everything you would need was there. Small supermarket over the road and nice restaurant. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to return.

− A little bit out of main thoroughfare but taxis cheap and available very quickly so didn't bother us too much.

+ the pool facilities were excellent. The apartment was well equipped. lovely location but quite a walk into Adeje centre.

− we were a party of 6 adults. the sleeping arrangement were not great as it was advertised as one en-suite room and two twin rooms. The beds were comfy though.
