Once we got into the apartment everything was great

+ Everything was excellent

− Check in was not as simple as you might like

Was ok but not what we booked as advertised , outside area not as listed so would not book again

+ Location was lovely and very peaceful

− Better communication from the host , at least a bottle of water provided, and outside area was not as stated in photos, and this was why we booked so very disappointed

+ Good location and outdoor space. Amenities covered most of our needs.

− Lack of bedding and towels. Small settee meant that if you have more than two people in the lounge area, the others will be sitting at the table.

+ Lovely roomy apartment, well equipped great location with lovely sunny private terrace.

− Check in was more complicated than necessary ' were given 3 wrong keysafe numbers before getting the correct one .....I think this occurred due to AI responses to WhatsApp messages that appeared as if from the host Sylvia- eventually were sent a straightforward video showing which apartment and keysafe number

Séjour en famille à Lanzarote

+ We loved the location as it was far enough from the main strip to be nice and quiet at night, whilst also being close enough for a short walk down to the front. The property was comfortable and the air conditioned rooms a welcome relief from the heat of the day. The apartment has everything you need for a self catered stay and everything was in great working condition. Everywhere was clean, it was a brilliant place to stay and we would happily return. Thank you so much!

− One thing we noticed that wasn't there (compared to other properties we've stayed at) was a little welcome booklet with basic instructions on operating things like the TV, washing machine and what we thought was an extractor fan for the hob but we couldn't find where to switch it on. Not essential but a "nice to have". The only other thing I'd note is communication about check-in a little sooner would have been nice, especially as we need to do the "check-in scan" ahead of time and I was sat in the airport on the day sorting it. Not a huge issue, and the communication was fast and efficient, but for me it would have helped to reduce the admin on the day.

Indimenticabile Lanzarote

+ Questo appartamento è veramente una perla per una vacanza a Lanzarote. È moderno, ben arredato e spazioso (per 3/4 persone va benissimo). La pulizia era eccellente, così come gli elettrodomestici all’interno. Abbiamo sfruttato moltissimo anche il patio privato, perfetto per cene/aperitivi all’aperto. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. La maggior parte delle volte abbiamo trovato parcheggio direttamente davanti a casa, anche la sera tardi, ma se non ci dovesse essere, vi è un parcheggio non affollato a tre passi da lì. A piedi raggiungi facilmente il lungomare di Puerto del Carmen e la spiaggia. Silvia è cordiale e tempestiva nelle risposte. Se dovessi tornare a Lanzarote, prenoterei di nuovo qui senza pensarci.

+ Beautiful bright property with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area gets the sun all day. Very close to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Fantastic stay,

+ I had booked this apartment on recommendation and it did not disappoint, i could not have asked for better , it was clean, tidy and a good location, the host Silvia went out of her way to really accommodate us on our last day due to a late flight departure, msny thanks Silvia and i’ll certainely be back

+ Beautiful apartment.. had everything .. very comfortable.. great terrace area, sunbeds, spotless and clean .. great location .. easy access

− Renovation work being carried out upstairs so very noisy .. just a shame we had to experience this but the host has been accommodating and would definitely come back

+ Terrific apartment. Bright, spacious and well appointed. Lovely south facing terrace, that got the sun all day!! Would of loved it to have included a small pool, but no biggie - sea was literally a minute down the hill!! Handy to lots of lovely restaurants etc... Highly recommend, will def be back x

− Some noise from upstairs ( chairs strapping on the floor). We asked if the tv had English channels and was told yes, but only had BBC news. A bit pricey seeing there isn’t a pool and no view

Nobody in the family wanted to leave.

+ Superb host, wonderful clean house, excellent location for access to supermarkets, the beach and restaurants, great communication. A bit expensive though. Overall, highly recommended.

− The price was about the only thing that can be improved :) Can't really fault anything else.
