+ Casa ampia, con due comode camere. Zona silenziosa. Cucina ben attrezzata. Terrazzo ampio e vivibile anche per pranzare o cenare. La piscina condominiale è un valore aggiunto. La posizione è centrale per visitare tutta l'isola: in meno di un'ora si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo.

− L'unica pecca in casa è la scarsa luce in camera (se si vuole leggere). Ma è davvero una inerzia.

No hubo posibilidad de estancia, porque o lo hacía a través de el (para mí un desconocido) o quedaba yo sin alojamiento

− Que el anfitrión anulara una reserva confirmada por Booking y me ofreciera realizarla directamente con él. Yo a ese señor no lo conozco de nada. Sólo recibí mensajes de alguien que decía ser el anfitrión.

Residential Area - Quite - short walk to beach & restaurants. No air con is coming in summer.

+ As described 20 mins to beach & supermarket. Quiet location. Nice pool.

− Major issue is the address: On site it says Alemar. Took owners offer of airport pick up. Driver late & was beginning to think I would have to arrange own transfer as he was not replying to my calls. However he did turn up. He dropped me at a house, saying this is it. Won’t say number as I don’t want the family to be disturbed. Rang door bell (locked gates) no reply. Owner arrived home after a walk with child & dog. She said definitely not here. She was so kind & spoke to owner (who didn’t speak English & had made no attempt to translate my texts). He said he would be 10 mins to pick me up. House was 50 houses down the road but only 3 mins in car. So why wasn’t he expecting me & was on the property to welcome me. Whistle stop tour around house - he was in & out 4 mins. On arranging my own taxi pick up I used Alemar & again it gave the incorrect address. I had to ring to give correct house number. It was such an anxious start & finish to the holiday. No mattress or pillow protectors. Bedding a bit old.

− - kitchen equipment could be better / refreshed - long distance to the beach on foot - 30min - The light in the living room should be much brighter - the wardrobes need refreshing and better cleaning

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Costa Teguise

+ Das Haus ist in einer Anlage mit mehreren Häusern gelegen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist schön, die Ausstattung der Küche komplett. Man könnte sofort einziehen. Die Terasse ist schön gestaltet um dort zu essen oder sich aufzuhalten. Es gibt aber keine Aussicht von der Terasse, man sieht die auf die anderen Häuser der Anlage. Es gibt einen eigenen Stellplatz für das Auto. Das Haus ist nicht in der Nähe des Strandes oder des Stadtzentrums gelegen. Wenn ein Mietwagen vorhanden ist aber kein Problem. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, der Kontakt unkompliziert.

+ Apartamento amplio, limpio, perfectamente equipado, con aparcamiento propio. Dispone de terrazas y piscina comunitaria. Zona muy tranquila. Anfitrión muy atento.

− A mi no me afectaba pero se accede por pequeña escalera y las habitaciones están en una primera planta con escaleras por lo que puede ser un problema para personas con problemas de movilidad.

Corta pero intensa. Alojamiento como en casa y el anfitrión, atento y estupendo

+ Todo, la atención de Alejandro, el propietario, que te recibe, explica todo sobre la casa y la zona, y asesora en lo que necesites, atento, amable y educado, la ubicación del apartamento, un dúplex adosado en una encantadora y tranquila urbanización con piscina, que te permite descubrir todos los encantos de la isla sin invertir mucho tiempo en carretera y comprar lo que necesites en los supermercados de la zona, y el alojamiento, perfecto para descansar y sentirte como en casa, con dos terrazas, dos baños, dos dormitorios, uno de ellos con cama de matrimonio grande y muy cómoda y todo el mobiliario, enseres y menaje para hospedarte de maravilla.

Cozy and lovely house!

+ Very convenient position and plenty of space in the house! It has all you need! Smooth communication with the owner. The terrace is lovely for a nice breakfast im the sun!

Very disappointed host no help at all

− No WiFi no kettle no toaster, WiFi came on after a week but only on television all networks were locked so not able to connect to my devices this only happens when you’ve not paid your bills your company should do more to ensure these things that are advertised as being there are there, it is a very unloved house

Very happy with the apartment and would recommend to anyone. As above the only negatives were distance from town and lac

+ Beautiful clean, modern property with excellent fixtures and fittings. Owner very friendly and approachable.

− It was a little further from town than I’d understood, but only a fifteen minute walk or €4 taxi journey, so not the end of the world. Could do with a kettle!!
