Perfect stay! Amazing sea view

+ Loved how modern, clean and well equipped the apartment was. The bed was very comfy, smart tv with all the streaming networks. Washing machine was a bonus and handy to wash all the towels provided and some clothes. Very large shower and spotless clean. Pool area looks recently refurbished and again very clean plenty of loungers and parasols around. The best part was the sea view from the room. Very quiet relaxed area up the hill away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough to walk to (around 15/20 mins) I would 100% stay here again. The host was easy to communicate with and access to the property couldn’t of been any easier.

− If you hire a car the area isn’t the best for parking. It is street parking only and can sometimes be a waiting game to get a spot or you have to park further away. The apartment is up a steep hill but only €5 in a taxi up or down the hill and there is also a bus stop directly outside the apartment.

Relaxing complex with super clean apartment

+ Excellent clean well maintained apartment. Perfect for myself and husband who had never visited Adeje area before. Amazing dreamy views of the sea and a peaceful complex with shared pool, however I virtually had the pool to myself most days. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay ( iron/washing machine & all kitchen facilities), we enjoyed the walk into Adeje which is down hill and a taxi only costs you £7 to get home. There is a dinoprix and Mercedona supermarket near by. On this complex is a bar/restaurant which we took advantage of. A little further down the street is a taxi stand also if you need one. Amazing host who kept in touch when needed.

− Nothing to say negative about the apartment or complex.

+ The apartment’s biggest strengths are definitely the stunning view from the balcony and the beautiful swimming pool. Both made our stay much more enjoyable.

− The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly before our arrival and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. We informed the host, who came to try to fix the issue. However, after a few hours, the smell returned, so the problem was never fully resolved. Another small point is that the balcony has chairs to enjoy the view, but they are quite uncomfortable.

Great Place with Amazing View

+ Apartment with everything we needed. Full kitchen, fridge, freezer, oven, pots pans and cutlery. Dining table, sofa bed. Comfy bed with wardrobe and drawers. Washing Machine, nice shower. Very clean and modern. View from balcony was amazing over looking Costa De Adeje. See the sunset every night 🤩 Easily accessible. Bus stop outside in both directions. Great communication via WhatsApp.

+ Le cadre , la tranquillité, la piscine, la situation géographique même si on est loin de la mer.

− La difficulté pour se garer liée à la proximité de bars et salle de sport.

+ Šajos apartamentos biju jau otro reizi,atgriezīšos vēlreiz un tas izsaka visu! Man tur ļoti patīk! Viss nepieciešamais tur ir. Skats no balkona dievīgs.

+ The apartment was very comfortable with everything you could need. The view from the balcony overlooking the resort and the bay was stunning.

− The bed was a little uncomfortable and sqeaky bit did not cause too much issue.

+ Schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit einem Traumhaften Ausblick. Preis/Leistung hat auch gut gepasst und die Kommunikation mit dem Host war ausgezeichnet. Der Poolbereich war sauber und angenehm zum Liegen.

− Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig und kann zu einer Wanderung werden😉 Da sich die Unterkunft auf einem Hügel befindet (und daher auch eine super Aussicht hat) ist auch die Straße dorthin dementsprechend steil. Die Türen und Fenster sind nicht allzu schalldicht, wobei es generell während unseres Aufenthalts wenig Lärm gab.

Alles top ausser die fehlenden Gegenstände im der Wohnung!

+ Die Lage war super

− Schmutzig Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Für das 2 Bett keine ecke und Fixleintuch/Lacken. Der Geruch im Badezimmer war abartig übel!!! So wie der Ablauf auf dem Balkon war vollständig verstopft. Mein Mann musste über eine Stunde Wasserschöpfen damit es nicht in die Wohnung lief! Es fehlte auch an Reinigungstücher sowie zum Beispiel einen Besen. Haben alles selber gekauft da wir 3 Wochen dort die Unterkunft hatten.

+ Prachtig uitzicht.

− Tv is geen smart tv, we konden niet verbinden met onze IPad.

+ Las vistas con la terraza es lo más destacado

− La cama creo que es la peor que he dormido en mucho tiempo , un colchón con muelles que se te clavaban en la espalda . El baño solo funcionaba una alcachofa y la lavadora metida en el armario de la habitación, la cual se quedaba minúscula que casi no se podía pasar porque la estructura de la cama era más grande de lo normal . Lo único destacable las vistas con la Terraza .

Perfect for a short, couple stay.

+ The balcony on this property was lovely, looking out on to the sea. The pool was lovely & clean, cleaner than some 4 star hotels. The area of this property is away from the strip, so it is nice and quiet.

− The bed wasn't very comfortable, and neither were the pillows. The ceiling fan in the room was very noisy, probably because it was old. We had no other choice but to have it on as there was only air conditioning in the living area.

+ Amazing location! Everybody mentions the view from the balcony but it is truly beautiful! Close to everything, shops, salons, beach are all around 5 mins drive. The apartment is clean, you will find most things you need like hairdryer, kitchenware etc. Would recommend booking!

− Not really a fault of the property but parking can be a little tiring. You will almost always find a spot on the street but since it's a hillside you might have to walk quite a bit uphill to get your car the next drive.

+ Totul a fost perfect,frumos si curat.

+ amazing view from balcony, there is anything you need in the apartment, me and my wife enjoyed 3 full weeks here

+ Ci è piaciuto molto la vista dal balcone, la riservatezza dell’appartamento e la comodità data da tutti gli utensili e gli elettrodomestici presenti in casa

− Siamo rimasti un po’ male per la porta del bagno, se vai al bagno e chiudi la porta devi aspettare qualcuno che ti apre da fuori perché resti bloccato all’interno, e un po’ scomoda in generale per chi non ha la macchina.

+ Az apartman kellemes benyomást tett ránk már az érkezés pillanatától. A berendezés szép, harmonikus és ízlésesen megválogatott, ami barátságos, otthonos hangulatot teremtett. A terek tiszták és rendezettek voltak, ami hozzájárult a komfortérzetünkhöz.

− Nem volt olyan, ami nem volt elfogadható.

В целом впечатление позитивное, все минусы перекрывали очевидные плюсы. Спасибо хозяину!

+ Проживание было комфортным, очень дружелюбный хозяин, который всегда на связи и готов решить любой вопрос быстро 👍 Огромным плюсом является наличие кондиционера, местоположение и конечно же вид из террасы просто волшебный ❤️ так же стоит отметить достаточно хорошее наполнение кухни посудой и техникой (тостер, микроволновая печь, кофемашина, чайник). Отдельно респект за пляжный зонтик!

− Минусов к сожалению тоже было достаточно. 1) Сразу нас встретила захлопывающаяся дверь в ванной, которую невозможно открыть изнутри, только снаружи. если я проживала одна, я бы застряла там без телефона и провела бы отпуск в ванной)) благо муж пошел за вещами в машину с ключами и позже открыл вчера снаружи. Это было опасно. 2) Немного расстроила уборка - она была как будто поверхностной, пол местами в пятнах, присутствовал мелкий мусор и волосы. С душевой кабиной такая же история, плюс она уже нуждается в ремонте или замене. Но в остальном все было чисто - без пыли, чистые раковины на кухне и в ванной, чистый унитаз, свежее постельное и полотенца. 3) Небольшим минусом было то, что не было моющего на кухне и всего один рулон туалетной бумаги. В магазинах продавались только большие упаковки , пришлось все покупать. Так же не было капсул с кофе для кофемашины. Могло бы быть хотя бы пара штук , чтобы выпить кофе по приезду. 4) Бассейн был открыт всего до 19:00 , учитывая что это лето. Мы успевали покупаться в нем только утром на пол часа. А хотелось бы вечером после поездок по острову вернуться домой и окунуться в бассейн расслабиться. Но увы. В остальном сам бассейн новый, большое количество хороших лежаков и зонтиков, вода была всегда чистая - ну это возможно потому , что в нем мало кто успевал купаться 😁
