− Todo era en inglés, estamos en España no en un país inglés, los shows de la noche eran en inglés los monitores de las actividades de la piscina la mayoría hablaban en inglés. Yo si voy a china por ejemplo no me van a hablar en castellano ni harán shows de España. En las habitaciones había muchas hormigas. En el buffer la comida no era buena. Nunca pusieron carne por ejemplo. La comida era rara

+ Die Lage war wirklich ein Traum! So schön ruhig mal Blick aufs Meer - wirklich super zum entspannen! Besonders der Adult only Pool war großartig.

− Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Zimmern war etwas unangenehm. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar funktioniert, aber das hat da auch nicht wirklich geholfen. Dadurch war gefühlt alles immer feucht (Kleidung, Bett, etc.). Vielleicht sollten die Klimaanlagen mal wieder erneuert werden.

− Absolutely unacceptable experience for a 4-star hotel.We stayed for 9 nights and had no reliable hot water in our room for 7 of them. The Wi-Fi was also barely usable throughout our entire stay.Instead of fixing the hot water, we were sent from room to room just to take a shower, and on some days we couldn’t shower at all because those rooms were unavailable.We only managed to speak to the manager on our last day, despite later finding out that the manager had been at the hotel all along. The staff never informed us. Even then, the manager offered no real solution and essentially told us there was a problem and nothing could be done.The All Inclusive upgrade offered on the third day did not come close to compensating for this experience. The food was repetitive and mediocre, and it certainly does not compensate for spending 7 out of 9 nights without hot water in our own room.After all of this, the hotel still refused even a partial refund.For a 4-star hotel, this level of service, communication, and management is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.We are still extremely disappointed that, despite all these issues, the hotel has refused any partial refund or fair compensation. We hope the hotel will reconsider this and take proper responsibility for the serious disruption to our stay.

− The shower and taps had salt water - we found this very odd and made us not feel clean after a shower. The shower wasn’t hot either. The air con didn’t work, neither did the wifi. For the price we were paying, we were extremely disappointed so left early.

− todo, en general mi habitación tenía todo mal. Primero mientras me ducho se me cae encima la alcachofa del techo, tambien estaba todo lleno de moscas. Además el secador explotó y dejó de funcionar. Y tambien el aire acondicionado se estropeó. Luego de todo esto que sucedió en 1h decidimos ir a recepción para un cambio de habitación a lo q nos dijo la recepcionista que no podían, que tenían todo completo, MENTIRA! Porque buscamos en webs como esta y dejaba reservar una habitación para esa noche. ENCIMA NOS TRATAN DE TONTAS!! Podría decir q se aprovecharon de nosotros, aun así le he puesto algo de puntuación pero podría bajarla perfectamente. TODO EL DINERO Q HE PAGADO PARA DORMIR BIEN Y TENER UNA BUEMA HABITACIÓN PARA NADA HA SIDO LA EXPERIENCIA QUE ME ESPERABA. ESPERO Q PARA FUTUROS COMPRADORES TENGAN ESTO EN CUENTA O Q SIMPLEMENTE SE VAYAN A OTROS HOTELES DE LA ZONA. ESTE HOTEL ES LAMENTABLE

− Las instalaciones, las habitaciones... aunque tenian un lavado de cara, son mejorables. El baño es muy pequeño para una familia.

+ La habitación era muy amplia y tenía bonitas vistas a la piscina y al mar. El desayuno estaba bueno y el personal muy amable.

− El tercer día de nuestra estancia hubo una avería de agua y luz y perdimos esa tarde porque no tuvimos agua desde las 18h hasta la noche…quitando eso, el resto bien.

+ The staff were very nice, the room was very clean.

− My partner and i really needed this break as a rest and recharge as we both work 7 days a week. So on arrival we were given a free “upgrade” on our room, with a sea view! We were delighted with this until after the first night, when we realised why this room was available. It was very clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, like the mattress was just worn out. We didn’t complain as we were only staying for 3 nights and we were exhausted enough. Then we realised we had a fantastic view of the stage, for someone that would have appreciated the evening’s entertainment. It felt like we were trying to sleep on the stage. Had we have been told where the “upgrade” room was, we would not have taken it.Im sorry for the negative feedback but maybe an upgrade on your beds/mattresses might help.Thanks

Genoten van zwembad, sfeer en geweldig uitzicht!

+ Het prachtige uitzicht, de mooie zwembaden, winkels en baai op loopafstand, lekker/uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel en prettige ontspannen sfeer.

The building has maintenance issues and the poor staff have to do their best to keep everyone happy the best they can!

+ The negatives,the sliding doors didn’t slide,the front door the battery went flat,the shower head needed to be replaced,the air conditioner never got below 27 degrees,stayed 3 nights at 420 euro a night,would have left if we could! And to top it all off the whole apartment was flooded as we were packing our bags to leave with water coming through the ceiling from the unit above! The positives, the staff were fantastic Leira I think her name was and Oscar did everything they could to help us,giving us a free lunch,dinner and drinks package,especially Leira! Thankyou both very much!

Et fint hotell med rolige omgivelser, men dessverre trakk servicen og håndteringen av problemene opplevelsen såpass ned

+ Rene, samt velholdte fellesområder. Hotellet har rolige og hyggelige omgivelser, og det var aldri overfylt ved bassengene. Vi ville ikke valgt all inclusive. Hotellet ligger også et stykke fra sentrum av Cala d’Or. Alt i alt er dette et fint og tilbaketrukket hotell, fint hvis du ønsker en rolig ferie og planlegger å tilbringe mesteparten av tiden på hotellet

− Det som trakk opplevelsen mest ned var håndteringen av et problem hotellet allerede visste om. Rommet vårt hadde verken mobildekning eller fungerende internett, og det luktet tidvis kloakk. Vi meldte fra allerede første dag, men ble i flere dager lovet at en tekniker skulle komme uten at noe skjedde. Til slutt fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet kjente til problemet, men fortsatt leide ut rommet. Vi ble tilbudt et dårligere rom, og før vi rakk å svare fikk vi beskjed om at vi måtte flytte fordi vårt rom allerede var leid ut til nye gjester. Etter flere dager uten en løsning forventet vi en oppgradering, ikke et dårligere alternativ.Servicen fra resepsjonen var dessverre lite profesjonell. Vi fikk all inclusive de to siste dagene som kompensasjon, noe vi satte pris på, men det veide ikke opp for den dårlige håndteringen.Også kjøkken på rommene, men ingen kopper eller bestikk. Helt ubrukelig.

− Hatte die angeblich beste Suite, die buchbar war. Laut (primitive Ballerman Animation an einem der Pools), Zimmer dreckig, klebrige böden, keine richtige Zimmerreinigung, kommen einfach ins Zimmer, wiederlicher Toilettengestank im Zimmer (wie Dixi Klo), inkompetente und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die bei Beschwerde über die Umstände zwar bescheid wissen, es ihnen aber ziemlich egsl ist, kein fließend Wasser, kein Handyempfang und kein stabil funktionierendes Wlan, Kakerlaken … könnte endlos weitermachen.

− Sono stata per tutti i 4 giorni senza l’acqua calda e nonostante le mie continue segnalazioni ricevevo solo come risposta : mi spiace, se vuole le diamo una stanza dove può andare a fare lo shampoo

Un cuatro estrellas que no está a la altura

+ Como aspecto positivo, hay que reconocer que las vistas son espectaculares y, sin duda, lo mejor de todo el hotel. Lástima que un entorno tan bonito no vaya acompañado de un servicio y unas instalaciones a la misma altura.

− Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Sinceramente, no entendemos cómo puede estar catalogado como un hotel de cuatro estrellas, ya que, en nuestra opinión, apenas alcanza el nivel de un tres estrellas.Lo peor de toda la estancia fue, sin duda, la ausencia de ascensores. Nos alojamos en una habitación de la planta superior y viajábamos con dos personas mayores, para quienes subir y bajar escaleras varias veces al día resultó muy complicado. Lo más indignante fue el día de llegada y el de salida, cuando tuvimos que cargar todas las maletas por las escaleras sin que ningún miembro del personal se ofreciera a ayudarnos. Nos parece un fallo gravísimo para un hotel de esta categoría.La limpieza también dejó muchísimo que desear. En la habitación encontramos hormigas, hormigas voladoras e incluso alguna cucaracha en el balcón. Es inadmisible encontrarse este tipo de problemas en un establecimiento que presume de ser un cuatro estrellas.Otro aspecto muy negativo fue la conexión Wi-Fi. El primer día prácticamente estuvimos incomunicados porque el Wi-Fi no funcionaba y, además, en la zona apenas había cobertura móvil, por lo que ni siquiera podíamos realizar llamadas. Aunque posteriormente dijeron haber solucionado la incidencia, la conexión siguió fallando continuamente durante el resto de la estancia.El hotel está claramente orientado al turismo extranjero. De hecho, en varias ocasiones fueron los propios empleados quienes se dirigieron a nosotros directamente en inglés antes que en español, algo que nos sorprendió tratándose de un hotel situado en España.Por último, el bufet tampoco estuvo a la altura. La comida era muy repetitiva, con muy poca variedad y una calidad bastante justa. Además, el restaurante era muy caluroso, lo que hacía que la experiencia durante las comidas fuera todavía más incómoda.En definitiva, da la sensación de ser un hotel que
