+ Die Wohnung ist schön und es hat alles was man braucht. Lage ist top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− extrem steile Treppe zur Wohnung. das war nicht so einfach für rauf umd runtet, vor allem mit einem Koffer.

Idéal emplacement à Lisbonne

+ Nous avons été superbement accueillis par Brenda qui s'est montrée serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Un Auchan à une centaine de mètres, métro à 500 mètres. Bars et restaurants à proximité. Climatisé. L'appartement impeccablement propre. Joliment décoré. Terrasse pour profiter d'une soirée en extérieur. Spacieux.

− Appartement très lumineux, il manquerait peut-être des rideaux occultants pour ne pas être réveillé par la lumière. Cela ne nous a pas gênés, mais attention pour les PMR l'appartement peut ne pas convenir car les escaliers sont raides.

+ Отличная, атмосферная квартира в старинном доме. Очень чистая, не большая, но при этом очень уютная. Есть все необходимое, бытовая техника супер. Месторасположение просто прекрасное, в центе старого города, а закаты с окна неимоверные. С удовольствием вернулась бы туда снова !

Mega schön

+ Die Wohnung war sehr charmant und im traditionellen portugiesischen Stil eingerichtet. Sie hatte einen authentischen portugiesischen Charme, in dem man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Das Bett war sehr bequem, sodass ich hervorragend geschlafen habe. Außerdem hat es im gesamten Wohnhaus immer sehr angenehm gerochen, was zusätzlich zu der gemütlichen Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend – alles war in rund 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

− Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die sehr steile Treppe zur Wohnung. Mit großen oder schweren Koffern kann der Zugang etwas mühsam sein. Zudem ist die Wohnungstür anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig zu öffnen. Nach kurzer Zeit hat man sich jedoch daran gewöhnt und es funktioniert problemlos.

− Geluid savonds/weekend van t uitgaan in slaapkamer. Wel wat gehorig als je bewoners boven je krijgt.

+ Very good location and comfortable apartment for 2 (we stayed in the top room so it was also quite at night despite being near a busy road) Very friendly staff at reception, able to help us with our requests. As others have written - yes there are steep stairs (especially if you are on top floors) but this is Lisbon so you have to be prepared for that wherever you go😀

+ Gorgeous apartment- the cleanliness was spot on, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms! The location was fantastic, so close to the centre! Brenda was the most welcoming and friendly face to see after a long journey! Super helpful and gave us some great advice! They have a WhatsApp for the apartments and will help you with any queries or questions about local activities and reply quickly! They also have a map linked with lots of suggestions of places to eat, things to see and where they are in relation to the accommodation!

− We were fine as we’re both fairly fit and healthy- but there’s a lot of steep stairs to the apartments! Ours was on the top floor so if you have any issues with mobility I would request a lower floor.

Apartment was generally good but just needed a little attention.

+ The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Bed linen, towels and kitchen work surfaces were clean. Settee was comfortable to relax after day of sightseeing. Location was good. Guy at reception (Lucas) sent a link for some really useful information. We used two of the recommendations for eating which were good, fairly basic food but wholesome plentiful and value for money. We booked airport transfer through Lucas for an early morning departure which was prompt, comfortable and very efficient (driver taking us right to the check-in desk).

− THE STAIRS, THE STAIRS. Not the easiest to negotiate. Previous reviews had warned us but we did not appreciate until we experienced for ourselves. Retired but reasonably fit, I really struggled to safely carry a 20kg suitcase up and down (getting help to carry it up on arrival). They were steep, not necessarily regular in parts, handrail was too high and on the second flight whilst there was a lower handrail you could not grip it as it was fastened directly to the wall. The apartment was starting to look a little tired and just needed a little attention e.g. plastic lever on the toaster was missing meaning we were pushing on a bare metal bar which needed some effort, the lid of the kettle was broken, there was no ice tray, only one teaspoon, the back edge of the bathroom door was grubby around the handle and the floor around the kitchen area was turning black - though it was clean.

+ Очень приятное место, состояние всего - идеальное, очень красивый ресепшн. В кухонной зоне есть всё необходимое, кровать удобная, вид из окон весьма приятен, ещё и птички поют. При заселении нас ждал подарок в виде бутылки вина - ещё и предложили выбрать из нескольких вариантов.

숙소 위치는 좋다.

+ 위치는 주변 편의시설 대중교통 좋았다 더블침대가 좁은데 쇼파베드가 괜찮아서 다행이였음.

− 포르투갈 나라 자체도 경사가 있지만 이 숙소 계단 경사가 심각. 짐 없어도 올라다니려면 양쪽 손 발 다 필요함

+ De ligging is centraal. Het appartement voelt heel ruim aan. Wij zaten op de 4e verdieping. Inderdaad steile trap naar boven, maar dat went snel als je eenmaal de stad bent door geweest.

+ The apartment was beautiful and clean, with a comfy sofa, bed and balcony. It was in a wonderful, central location with beautiful restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance.

− The stairs up to the apartment are very steep - which is absolutely to be expected in any Lisbon townhouse! But one to think about if you are cautious about accessibility.

Cosy Apartment in Lisbon center

+ Very centrally located - makes moving within Lisbon very easy and pleasant. Fine in terms of cleanliness. The staff were friendly, helpful and proactive.

− The apartment was very high with a lot of steps needed to be climbed to reach, which would be particularly difficult if someone has a large bag. There is no elevator, either. At nights, it can be quite noisy.

+ The apartment was amazing! It was quite spatious (not so common in downtown Lisbon) and had all the necessary commodities. It has stairs to reach the apartment, a bit steep but for us it wasn't an issue. The location was in great spot to walk around the city and explore. There are also tram and bus stops nearby so it's easy to use them, plus the famous tram 28 passes right outside of our door! Last but most important, Brenda and Lucas are very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond in many occasions! Amazing hosts, gave us advice for whatever we needed and made our stay more comfortable than we imagined!!

+ Great location for seeing the city. The apartment was very comfortable and it was lovely to have some outdoor space.

− If you want a quiet getaway, this is not the place for you... Could do with some sun shade on the terrace.
