+ Well located and super well equipped apartment. Quiet safe área ideal for Belem’s many attractions. Close to public transport so easy to get about. Small plunge pool and nice outdoor space were an added bonus. Comfortable and tastefully furnished. Lots of goodies supplied to add to the welcome. Good WiFi and AC. Responsive hosts.

− Steep stair case down to bedrooms with no handrail required caution. Loose rug on a polished wood floor is another potential hazard.

Great place to stay as a group. No nearby parking.

+ Excellent apartment with great care and amenities. The pool, though tiny, is perfect for kids.

− No parking nearby. The street where this apartment is has no parking and you need to find a public paid parking quite away which I hear is also not so safe.

+ Spokojne i bezpieczne miejsce. Zameldowanie bardzo proste i bezproblemowe. Kontakt z właścicielem szybki i bez zarzutu. Dużo przestrzeni, pomieszczenia dobrze wyposażone, a w kuchni jest wszystko, co potrzebne. Całość urządzona ze smakiem.

Amazing property!

+ Property was perfect. It was nice that 7 of us all had our own rooms (3 couples, 1 solo) with a queen/full bed in each, the pool was divine, air con in every room, laundry, kitchen, it was insane value for money. Our hot water had an issue and it was fixed within the day, super impressed and super happy.

− Slightly further out from Lisbon centre but super close to train station / easy to get to airport.

Special treat to have stayed in this upmarket home and could not have been more comfortable

+ It was modern, luxurious, neat, clean, with a lovely pool and a perfect end to our trip around Portugal. The host was in contact and most accommodating and understanding. Lovely touch with a complimentary good bottle of red wine, and traditional Portuguese cake. Beds were super comfy. Easy to recommend and not to be missed.

− For some it may have been the stairs but really not a problem to us.

It's an ideal choice for a convenient and enjoyable getaway. - check in and check out was very easy and enjoyable - the apartment was very clean - location and surroundings of Belem are nice

+ - Fantastic apartment, 4 bedrooms, beautiful living room - The kitchen has all you need, including a foam machine for milk! And also dryer, washing machine, dish washer - beautiful decor

Great place in a quiet neighborhood.

+ The apartment was very nice with lots of amenities. The host even left wine and cookies for us. It was a very nice place. You do have to know that the majority of the bedrooms are downstairs. But is was very quiet and comfortable.

HUGE surprise, mainly as it's enormous - large enough for sizable families to stay

+ Excellent location, and HUGE - larger than expected. Well appointed and good fixtures and fittings, of a great standard.

− Minor points? More, more varied pillows, and the stairs down could do with a bannister - but otherwise superb.

Great place for friends if staying in Lisbon

+ it was overall a perfect place for our stay, the supplies given, location, staff. Our own terrace with private pool where we have spent our days and evenings.

Well eqipped, decent location, not child friendly

+ Convenient location close to Belem promenade. House is well equipped with AC in every room.

− Most of the 4 bedrooms are on the side of the street so it was a bit noisy with cars passing at night. The stairs are very dangerous as there is no railing, especially as we were traveling with a child, a pregnant lady, and an elderly person. Check-out was meant to be at 11am however we were asked to leave by 10am (without any reason) and the host was not very accommodating when we asked if we could collect our luggage later at 2:30pm. The owner also came to check up on us during the stay which made us slightly uncomfortable.

+ The house was so clean , cozy and comfy. Above being greeted warmly by miss Dina , the house smells wonderfully 💖. We were so happy staying there for 3 nights . I really recommend 👌

Unhelpful to change of circumstances

+ Very modern, lovely pool with accessories, great location.

− 3 weeks prior to travelling we tried to change dates or get a refund due to family members illness and they weren’t one bit accommodating which was very disappointing
