Het was uitstekend een super goede communicatie met de host en we hadden geen tekorten alles was perfect.

+ The property location is very good. 500 m to the train station, 700 m to the beach, around 1 km to the city center, 1,5 km to the aquapark. There were everything you need for beach - towels, umbrella and beach chairs. There is a splendid view from the balcony.

God beliggenhed men lejlighed med mangler - flink vært

+ Beliggenheden var helt OK

− Lejligheden var såmænd fint nok med 2 soveværelser. Det ene soveværelse var med kun 1 maderas og 1 stor dyne og det andet var en meget lav seng (der knirkede) med 1 madras og 1 dyne. Det var ikke lige os - vi foretrækker 2 madrasser og 2 dyner.....Der vat også en ulidelig stank på badeværelset - og selv om vi købe afløbsrens - så hjalp det ikke - ikke spor behagligt. Den store kogeplade på komfuret virkede ikke - og havde sikkert ikke gjort det i et stykke tid. Der blev ikke nævnt noget om et fodboldstadion skråt overfor lejligheden - hvor der hver eneste aften var træning med højlydte råb og meget kraftige lysmaster som lyste godt op på altanen og i resten af lejligheden. Havde det været varmere - så kunne vi absolut ikke sidde udenfor og nyde det. Der var også en masse trafik i gaden - specielt om aftenen/natten samt hundegøen i området/komplekset.

God beliggenhed og tæt på alt

+ Fin lejlighed med alt, hvad man skal bruge. Meget fint fyldt op af alt. Ligger utroligt godt, er et stille område tæt på vand, tog, supermarked og restauranter. Vi nød vores ophold. Værten flink og opmærksom. Han mødte os ved ankomst, hvor vi fik nøgler.

+ Ray is a lovely host, The apartment has a great balcony and is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. We had a late flight and he let us stay until we had to leave for our flight which was great.

− Small thing but not many sockets in Kitchen.

Perfect spot

+ The apartment is in a great location and the host is amazing, really attentive and friendly. The balcony has great views.

+ Well equipped and comfortable apartment with sunny spacious balcony. Very handy location for supermarkets and Los Boliches station. Beach and good range of bars / restaurants nearby. Heating very effective for cooler winter evenings.

− Lack of storage space in second bedroom might be an issue for some guests..

Estancia aceptable

+ Estaba limpio ,era amplio y tenía suministros de limpieza y para la higiene diaria muy buenos y abundantes.

− La falta de armario en una de las habitaciones, falta de menaje de cocina (batidora,olla express..) difícil acceso a la lavadora por el sitio donde estaba ubicada. Hay 14 minutos andando hasta la playa.

Très bien

+ L’hôte super gentil et disponible à n’importe quel petit souci,l’appartement et très bien équipé et bien propre malgré que l’immeuble et un peu ancien mais lui aussi bien entretenu. En tout cas tout est bien .

− Le stationnement mission impossible au mois 7 et 8 pour le trouver surtout si après un retour fatiguant d’une autre ville il faut parfois plus de 45 min pour trouvé une place et il y’a pas de parking public dans les environs.

+ The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was great – just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Roy was super helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this accommodation.

− The only challenge was finding parking since it was high season, but overall we’d definitely stay again!

6 day stay in Fuengirola

+ Location to train station and supermarket was ideal , short walk to bars and restaurants , quiet area, lovely balcony for daytime sun, host was very helpful

Fantastic apartment in a great location

+ The apartment was absolutely perfect. Great location, in a quiet area very close to everything you need. The apartment has everything required for a pleasant stay, Good sized fridge, fully equipped kitchen. Great shower too. Roy, the owner, is a star! We were arriving quite late but he met us at the train station and had picked us up some supplies to get us through the night. Made everything so much easier. I had to contact him during the stay and nothing was too much trouble. Top man! I hope to return and stay again soon.

Holiday 2024

+ Central to everything that we wanted. And easy access for Train and Local busses.

− Was nothing that we didn't really like and would stay again.

It was great to have the best of both worlds with the town and the beach all within easy reach. and be in the town clos

+ The property was well equipped for everything we needed for our stay. It was comfortable and spacious and had the bonus of a balcony for some outside space. The beach was within walking distance and the train station easy to get to for the airport transfer or to other resorts. There was also a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Roy, the owner of the property, was very helpful and easy to contact during our stay.

− There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
