+ Major Misrepresentation and Terrible Cleanliness - Avoid This PlaceWe had an incredibly disappointing stay here due to severe cleanliness issues, misrepresentation, and a lack of support from the host.Filthy Conditions: The room was extremely dusty, dirty, and clearly not properly cleaned for arriving guests. Even the stairs leading up to the room were dirty and unkept.False Advertising: The room is significantly smaller than what is advertised online.Accessibility Issues: There is no elevator (lift) at this property. Having to carry heavy luggage up dirty stairs without a lift is a major accessibility issue and made our stay completely unsustainable.We sent the property owner full photographic evidence of the cleanliness issues, the size misrepresentation, and the accessibility barriers. Unfortunately, the host was entirely uncooperative and refused to provide a reasonable resolution. Between the dirty conditions and the difficult host, we cannot recommend this place at all.

− Todo sucio y descuidado, pelos por todos lados, los aires acondicionados no enfrian de la cantidad de polvo que tienen dentro, me dio una alergia terrible a causa de esto. Ni hablar del protector de colchón parece que lo recogieron de la basura. En fin no recomiendo este sitio para nada. Se fue la luz por la mañana el dia del check out nos fuimos y no había regresado.

+ La ciudad, el barrio capuchino, ahí un bar debajo creo que se llama bar capuchino nos trataron muy bien y un precio razonable por los desayunos y por último la tienda de pollo asado 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤un 10/10

− Baño y cocina muy sucios. Las fotos de booking deben de ser de cuando lo reformaron porque ahora está deteriorado por el uso y poco mantenimiento.

+ Dobrze zlokalizowane mieszkanie, blisko centrum. Czysto, komfortowo. Zdecydowanie polecam i wrócę na pewno 😌

+ Nothing really, the place is run with minimal effort if any. I think they only change bedsheets there ( I hope) between stays and nothing else is being done.

− Wasn't cleaned upon arrival, kitchen filthy. There was a horrible fish smell lingering in the flat for the whole duration of our stay, obviously the host didn't bother to air the place or to clean it properly before letting us in. Apartment is cheaper than others but it's not worth it, you better off spending a little more and enjoy your stay.

+ Localização era adequada. O apartamento é bacana, com todo o necessário para uma estadia tranquila.

− Seria interessante já deixar na descrição, endereço de possíveis estacionamentos e respectivas distâncias, pois estacionar em Málaga é sempre difícil.

Comodidad y buena relación calidad - precio.

+ El alojamiento está muy céntrico aunque fuera del bullicio del centro. Se llega andando en 10/15min a todas partes. Es tal y como se ve en las fotos, con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta en la ciudad. Destacar que la atención fue lo mejor del alojamiento, Rodrigo facilitó el proceso de check in y sobre todo el check out. Tuvimos que quedarnos más de lo previsto en Málaga y fue muy comprensivo y de gran ayuda con nosotros.

− A limpeza do apartamento não era a melhor, as camas não eram confortáveis e o estado das louças deixava muito a desejar.

− Very poor hygiene. There war hair on the floor in each room. In one bedroom we found underwear under the bed, that does not belong to us. The water pressure in the toilet was very low. Toilet was overall dirty.

+ The apartment was conveniently located near the city center and right next to a bus stop. The host was exceptionally friendly, and the self check-in and check-out process made everything very easy and convenient.

It's a nice apartment but should be cleaner.

+ Self check in is really easy, the apartment is close to the center, and you have everything you need in the neighbourhood. It can fit 5 people so it's really a budget option if you need it.

− The apartment is a little worn down, probably needs a redecoration - especially the bathrooom, the shower has some mold so if you're a clean freak you should probably avoid this one. Really thin walls so you can hear the very loud neighbours long into the night, which is not the apartment's fault, I'm just writing it here for info - if you want peace and quiet you're not gonna get it here probably, there was also construction work during the day. Again, I'm not faulting the owner for this.
