− inconvenient if three people live there and there is only one key, the walls are very thin so if the neighbors talk loudly you will have a hard time sleeping, apart from that everything is fine, I liked it

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!

+ Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch wenn klein sehr komfortabel. Der Weg zum Strand ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß, Restaurants und Supermärkte alle fussläufig erreichbar. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Die Inhaber Manuel & Lorena sind sehr zuvorkommend. Bei der Ankunft haben wir Obst, Wasser, Frühstück (Muffins) und Aufmerksamkeiten ( Schokolade und Bonbontüte) für unsere Kids vorgefunden.

− Leider war kein Sonnenschirm für den Strand vorhanden. Den haben wir selbst gekauft und dort lassen müssen (aber war jetzt kein Weltuntergang).

+ La limpieza del apartamento, estaba bastante céntrico. Lo malo las subidas pero es lo que tiene benalmadena.

− Para 4 personas no es ya q es pequeño , piscina con poca limpieza, desde la playa al apartamento 450m de cuesta q después de estar todo el día en lá playa se te hace dura, después sales a cenar y más dura todavía, apartamento en la calle, si le mueves luego cuesta aparcar.

+ El apartamento, aunque pequeñito muy agradable y acojedor,unas frutas y magdalenasde bienvenida.el apartamento lo hemos encontrado muy limpio.a 10 min andando de la playa SantaAna(eso si a la vuelta preparar los gemelos que es todo subida).El trato con el dueño inmejorable, un buen anfitrión.

+ Property was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a short stay, the Building felt safe, and area quiet.

− The pool was not available- I understand that this was beyond the control of the host due to water restrictions however the host choose not to be honest and share this significant piece of information with us in advance of our stay as if we had known there was no pool we would have cancelled our booking.

− The Bathroom door is a sliding door which left a gap of several inch when closed which meant anyone sat in the toilet could see into the living room and where the beds were in the bedroom even when the bathroom door was closed and vice versa, also the garden table and chairs were very uncomfortable and had seen better days, there was also some chipped plates. The noise levels from outside were very loud even when windows and shutters were closed, this interrupted our sleep in the early hours of the morning.

+ Immaculate little apartment! Great kitchen facilities to cater for yourself. Very good location 5 mins from the beach beach seafront. Pool area clean and very quiet so the 3 times I was out there, I had it all to myself :) I would recommend this apartment for a nice comfortable stay in Benalmadena! The hosts are very helpful also

− There was often a lot of building work noise, but I just put my headphones on by the pool etc. Also the walls are quite thin so not good if you are a light sleeper.
