Very pleasant stay with everything we needed but away from the busy tourist areas
This was a last minute booking when we realised I hadn't booked a hotel! It turned out really great - a quality flat in a terraced residential street, traditional decor but modern quality bed, shower, kitchen, everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Walkable to city centre or bus outside the door, we did both. A few yummy local restaurants 10 min walk. Just right for our needs. The tram network is being extended to this area so when that's finished it'll be a fantastic location and quick hop into the city.
Apartment is on 2nd floor, be aware there are about 50 stone stairs from street level to the flat door. Address was tricky to find, took us a while - but details might be updated by now as we gave feedback on that straightaway.
