Perfect Apartment for Both The Strip and Old Town!

+ Outstandingly clean. Location at the top of The Strip but 5 mins cab journey from the Old Town. Apartment has everything you could need in kitchen. Plenty of power outlets and returned home with no washing, thanks to the washing machine! Pool was large, got the sun all day, and, for the most part, quiet and relaxing. Cláudia and her team were excellent with communication and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for having us.

− One small issue was the sunbeds are locked together, as most are, as they are linked to each apartment. Just a reminder when you arrive to make sure they are unlocked for your stay.

+ The pool was large, with many loungers almost always in the sun. The beach was a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean. The fridge was large. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts about any issues.

− The people staying directly above us were a very noisy group of young men. It isn’t the hosts fault at all but as the accommodation is near the strip you would expect it. However, it didn’t really affect our stay as we weren’t going to bed early.

ok, place to stay near the strip, but can still hear noise of music and people shouting close by, taxi to old town about

+ Close to the strip and taxi rank and restaurants nearby, we didn’t use this area much as we visited the old town more often.

− We were advised pre arrival to arrive outside senor frogs restaurant at front of apartment building but on the way in taxi I was given totally different route for access and that it’s changed and we had to meet to collect keys from the back of apartment, it was pitch black at night and people were wandering around the taxi that was parked up making us feel very uncomfortable, I told the lady we think we were outside and passed the phone to the taxi driver to explain where we were, who then finished the call and the taxi driver said to me somebody will be on their way, we said we are not getting out of the taxi as we don’t 100% sure if this was the right place and it feels unsafe to be left with all our luggage at a closed back gate entrance, as I mentioned earlier it looked nothing like senor frogs entrance I thought we were supposed to go to. Then about 5 minutes later 3 young lads came to the gate and said I have keys follow me, we were even more concerned then, but I went on my own and told my friends not to let the taxi leave, and followed these non English speaking boys to the property, they let me in, and then once happy how we exit the building (3 keys) I told my 3 friends in the taxi all was okay, this not a very good start to collect keys, as wrong place as it was changed while in taxi and three young youths came and said follow me, this should of been a more comfortable smooth meeting with the key change over, if it was 4 women they would of been petrified if this happened to them.
