+ La propriétaire était agréable à notre arrivé La maison est confortable les chambres sont très spacieuses et les lits confortables Très bien placé car le métro est à côté ainsi que les commerces

− Les fourmis dans l'appartement, les voisins du dessus sont très bruyant et la lunette des toilettes pas fixée

+ La gran comodidad y tener de todo

− Por decir algo.... Y no es una queja, colchon duro pero creo que es lo normal

+ It has enough space for big families which is really nice. You can find pretty much everything you might need for a short stay - there was a washing machine, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge, a cooker and some dishes, even some oil, salt and spices for cooking

− It could be a bit better cleaned, and we were surprised to find some dirty towels left in the washing machine. Also, there was no light in the corridor which is of course not such a big deal but a bit inconvenient.

− Eve yerleştik ev sahibi saat 19.30 rezervasyonu iptal ettiğini ve over booking olduğunu belirtti biz eve yerleşmiştik ama bizi evden eşyalarımızı çıkarttı maç bileti almıştık bizi çok zoruma düşürdü.Maça yarım saat sonra girdik.Gecenin 21.inde yeni yer aramak zorunda kaldık.

+ A anfitriã e muito atenciosa facil fazer checking ela recebeu a gente muito bem A casa e muito limpa de facil acesso para estacionar o carro proximo ja tem a estacao de metro bem localizado mercados proximos as camas sao muito boa fomos em 4 adultos e uma crianca ate berco ela disponibilizou perfeito

− O unico ponto negativo a pessoa que mora encima que muito barulhento

+ Apartamento amplio con todo lo necesario, utensilios de cocina suficientes.

− Muy lejos del centro.

+ Tenía lo indispensable para pasar un par de días en Madrid, la zona no de las mejores pero muy seguro. Cerca vendían de todo. Y lo importante tener a la mano la parada de metro y bus.

Relación calidad precio estupenda!!!

+ El apartamento tenía de todo, estaba bien equipado. Marta la anfitriona muy maja. Tenía bares y supermercados cerca. Un carrefour a un poco menos de 1 km.

− Todo bastante bien, aunque el horno tardaba en calentar y uno de los ventiladores se apagaba después de un tiempo, y con la ola de calor nos despertabamos de noche para encenderlo. Por lo demás todo genial, Marta dejó de todo y todo equipado a la perfección para pasar unos días en Madrid.

− Rien. À signaler que l’appartement ne dispose pas de climatiseur mais des ventilateurs sont disponibles dans chaque pièce et franchement on en avait pas besoin de puisque l’appartement au rez de chaussée était super frais malgré la chaleur extérieure

− Poca limpieza en general, no pudimos hacer uso de la cocina, no apta para cocinar, nos encontramos con una cucaracha enorme en una de las habitaciones, no apto para gente alta, disponen de cuna pero las sábanas las tiene que llevar cada cual de su casa, no se puede aparcar delante como se indica en el anuncio, hay que buscar aparcamiento por las diferentes calles. No volveremos.

Good apartment in a good area

+ The location is very good in a quiet neighborhood, and it is close to the metro. The apartment is big and has all what you need You don't need to change the line to go to the city center.

Highly recommended!

+ The host was very accomodating. This place is highly recommended. Just a few minutes walk to the metro, train and bus stations. Compared to high prices of hotels in centro madrid and Atocha this one is affordable with clean, complete amenities and comfortable whole apartment all by ourselves. A plus is that it is very near the Aluche Plaza/Carrefour to buy almost everything you need at discounted prices. Enjoyed the experience!

− The automatic shutting of hot water when not used for a long time but not a problem at all since the host responds quickly to resolve issues and it was resolved immediately.

+ 2 bedrooms, that could accommodate our family with a teenager.

− Apartment isn’t as nice as look on the photos. Photos are accurate, but do not show other less pleasant areas. 1. Dark. Apartment is situated on the ground floor, on an isolated street which felt like “bad neighbourhood “. Living and one bedroom have windows to the street, which is between apartment buildings and hardly gets any sun light. Second bedroom has window into inner yard, dark and small, no fresh air. Some mornings we had a feeling that it’s rainy and dark outside, while in fact 100 m from apartment it was sunny. 2. Noises in the bathroom from people (I guess upstairs?) using toilet. Weird “bum” noise every time someone flushes upstairs.

+ The host was excellent and very polite. Location was excellent particularly for the zoo and access to metro and rail lines. Loads of shops and park nearby.
