Decent for people with no kids!

+ Parking's free and right outside the complex. The balcony view is alright, but the balcony itself is tiny. The heated pool is really nice, but only when there aren't more than 10 people around. The beds are comfy and good for sleeping, and it's super quiet at night. The fridge is a really good size and top quality. The best thing was that you can get a late check-out if there is no one in straight after you.

− The kitchen area presents several challenges, including limited space and an obstructed sink due to the refrigerator's placement, which may inconvenience taller individuals. The oven's functionality is compromised, as evidenced by a two-hour heating time for potatoes. Furthermore, a persistent odor emanates from the restroom's plumbing fixtures. The cooktop operates with only two out of its three burners. Regarding amenities, only two pool towels are provided, despite the accommodation being advertised for six occupants. There are no spare bed linens available for changing. Additionally, the single key for all entry points necessitates coordinated entry and exit for all guests, which can be particularly challenging for families with children.

Great stay

+ We stayed extra two days so we rebooked the property. Got everything you need , local to shops and restaurants. Host responded quickly, had an amazing stay. Had a big shower room and a small one in one of the bedrooms. Apartment was nice and clean.

Amazing stay

+ Got everything you need big balcony , big rooms , amazing view. The pool was heated which was a bonus with little kids. Aqualand and shops and a few restaurants 5 min walk away. Beach was 5 minutes with taxi costing €6 or it’s a 15-20 min walk. Plenty of towels. All doors have locks, also even when there was noise outside as soon as we shut window and doors we couldn’t hear any noise.

+ Przestronny apartament, wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu (suszarka, żelazko). Fantastyczna lokalizacja, przepiękny widok z okien. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem 😊

+ The accommodation is wonderful and clean, there is everything you need, we were pleasantly surprised by the presence of two bathrooms, which makes staying in the apartment much more comfortable, comfortable and clean beds. There are many spices in the kitchen. Special thanks for the champagne in the fridge))). The pool is heated. Quiet area. We like to walk so getting to the apartments was not a problem although we only did it for 2 days. The other days we rented a car. By the way, there is a parking lot on the road near the apartments, we didn't have to walk far to the car.

− There is no such thing. More recommendations than negatives - we were missing a dishwasher.

+ Nowe, czyste łazienki. Wygodne łóżka, podstawowe produkty np. sól, pieprz, herbata na wyposazeniu. Czekalo ns nas schlodzone wino w lodowce. Blisko parking bezplatny. Niedaleko sklepy i przystanek autobusowy.

− Brak odpowiedzi od właściciela na mojego maila w trakcie pobytu. Nie ma przechowalni bagazu w obiekcie. Przynajmniej o tym nie zostalismy poinformowani. Do plazy kilka minut trzeba iść.

+ Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Dusche und der Apartmentkomplex. Zu 4. Ist die Wohnung völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Meer muss man allerdings den Hang hinunter laufen.

− Die Treppen im Apartmentkomplex waren sehr glatt und bei Regen teilweise sehr rutschig.

Rest & Relax at Apartment Marie

+ Tomas was a superb host and extremely helpful throughout our 3 week stay. He was quick to respond to any queries and went out of his way when help was required. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It boasts a good-sized family bathroom & the extra ensuite is a bonus. The beds were clean and comfortable, too. The patio was adequate for our needs, and we enjoyed relaxing by the communal pool. Cristian ensured the pool & surrounding areas were consistently clean and was friendly & welcoming. We appreciated the quiet location, and the walk uphill wasn't too strenuous. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants & the bus stop are minutes away.

− We would have preferred fewer steps leading to the apartment as our luggage was heavy!!

− Small bathroom smelled bad due to no ventilation so we used the other one. Shower did not drain but we fixed that by removing the cover. Tea towel would have been nice in the kitchen. The apartment is not the newest but in general still fine.

Perfect apartment for our family holiday in a beautiful location

+ Susanna was the perfect host and greeted us on arrival, she was great with her communications, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Costa Adeje. The apartment was very suitable for our needs, it had all of the amenities that we needed, was very clean, spacious and comfortable and had a nice balcony, lots of sun and good access to the pool. It is in a good location, not too far from the beach, shopping area, bars and restaurants, and lots to do in the area. We usually walked down and got a taxi up the hill afterwards! Thank you for a lovely stay, we would recommend this fab, comfortable apartment to others.

− It is situated up on a hill so we got our daily steps in!! Not suitable for people with mobility issues but didn't affect us though!
