+ The location is very good, the apartment is nice and it's big. The owner is really friendly and very kind.

− Não é Aparthotel. é um apartamento sem receção, sem serviços de limpeza, muito rudimentar, a cozinha não tem a louça necessária para 5 pessoas, existem em abundância, atoalhados de banho, mas em contrapartida não existe toalha para a mesa de refeições, sendo a mesa pequena para 5 pessoas. Ganha na paisagem por ser um 10º andar virado para a praia.

− Comparado con otros apartamentos de playa que hemos estado, apenas lo han cambiado desde los años 80. En general todo muy antiguo pero perfecto para estar una semana en la playa.

Dicen que hay aparcamiento gratis, pero es comunitario y no hay suficientes plazas para todos. Cerca del centro tampoco, hay una buena caminata. Muy viejo todo. Sofás incómodos. La cafetera tenía el café de los anteriores. Pelos, pelusas, toallitas.

+ The location is wonderful, as well as the seaview. The owner is initially friendly and helpful, until his friend-neighbour tells him to be otherwise.

− Proposals are: - Improve privacy. There are 2 Wi-Fi cameras in the hallway and living room (above the door). They don't appear on the photos of the property, nor are they mentioned elsewhere. Remove them or write about them. - Improve the cleanliness of the apartment. The cleaning charge for the apartment at Balcon al Mar is rather odd. The furniture was covered in dust and the floor was quite dirty and as a result we spent half a day of our holiday cleaning the apartment and mopping the stone floor with a mop with a spinner which is not suitable for this purpose. - Making an apartment friendly for a long stay. The flat has lots of glass tables with sharp edges (more like a warehouse of them), various mismatched design solutions easily accessible to small children, but not even a good steel pan. Cutlery (including Teflon pans) is scratched and not suitable for contact with food. There are no facilities for preparing baby food. The living room is separated from the main bedroom by... a curtain. But it does little to block out noise or light from the window, which has a non-functioning blind. - Rethink the construction of the window (ex balcony). The Balcony al Mar apartment, as well as the apartment of the neighbour downstairs, has undergone architectural changes in the layout of the apartment (see Google Maps): the living room has been enlarged by the addition of a balcony, which in turn changes the soundproofing properties of this room. The thickness of the floor in the balcony area is less than the floor of the upper floor. Such architectural solutions have advantages in terms of the visual appeal, but the soundproofing properties are almost non-existent. The owner has to accept the structural shortcomings of such a solution or improve it. The same goes for the neighbours downstairs, who have adopted the same design choice and made themselves vulnerable to the noise of the neighbours upstairs. - Be child-friendly as described or remove it.
