Excellent apartment in a great location.

+ The apartment was very spacious, much bigger than we expected. Well appointed kitchen and spacious bathroom. It has an elevator which was excellent to get us and luggage to the 3rd floor. The location in the Gothic quarter was superb, walking the alleyways was fun to explore and get lots of great photos. We would stay there again if we were to travel to Barcelona.

Really Enjoyable Stay

+ The apartment is as exactly as advertised. The bedroom is really spacious and there was a nice sized wardrobe for all our clothes. The terrace area had beautiful views. Despite being in a busy area it was not loud late at night. Everything is in walking distance, which is great. The hosts were really accommodating, letting us drop our bags off and check in early once the room had been cleaned. They also kept our bags safe once we checked out and were still exploring before our flight.

− The bathroom is a bit small and the window in it didn't shut properly. This was easily fixed by tying something to it but was a little annoying. Also the door in the bathroom sticks a bit. Sometimes it feels like it won't open but it does after a few goes. These are the only things that make it a 9 rather than a 10 and they are minor.

+ The apartment was in a really good location for the Gothic quarter, Las Ramblers. The Port and Barcoleneta beach and Park cuitadel. It was close to public transport and shop. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we need, including a lift as we were on the 3rd floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great stay. Thankyou

+ Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr Zentral gelegen und es hat uns super gefallen. Würden die immer wieder buchen. Die Metro ist gleich links um die Haustür also besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank

A wonderful location, very roomy and helpful staff.

+ The apartment was in a great location - in the middle of cafes, restaurants and bars and other shops. Metro station a few steps away also. It felt like we were living like a local. We could walk to so many areas.

Amazing Barcelona Holday Apartment

+ Let's just say it exceeded our expectations in every way. If we were to come back to Barcelona this would be the first place we would attempt to book. Everything is within walking distance. The Beach, las Rambla. If you are like us then the metro is a couple of minutes walk, good bus links and easy access to the airport or cruise terminal by Uber. Amazing restaurants and gelatinous close by you are really spoiled for choice. Supermarkets as well and several bars.

Quality Room and Ideal location

+ The location in the old part of the city is excellent as a jumping-off point for other adventures. We did have to wait a little for our host to get us keys into the room as the hosts are off-site, but it was not a very long time. The elevator is a typical small elevator if you have a large party or have lots of luggage (but that should be expected in Europe). The room was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the property included a clothes washer (which was a little bit of a surprise as I didn't remember seeing that on the listing).

+ Location was excellent in the Gothic quarter, close to food outlets, supermarkets and metro station.

− Wi-fi was sporadic on the first morning and on day two not accessible due to storms.

+ The location was wonderful. Just steps from a Metro line. Walking distance to so much.

− Booking.com canceled our reservation before the deadline. We had to rebook at a higher price. Booking and the owners should have been able to “fix” it. Property: shower needs adjusting. Tenants in building should NOT slam doors. In one of our favorite places in Panama city, the owners left a little coffee, a little milk and a little snack for hungry travelers, which was such a nice addition.

+ Large flat with good facilities, very Central to a lot of the key attractions of Barcelona. The particular highlight was the proximity to a large number of quality restaurants and artisan shops. Mar, the lady who greeted us was super accommodating and her recommendations for restaurants were spot on. Highly recommended for a stay in Barcelona

− A couple of small things need fixing: ironing board cover, lounges could do with an update.

+ The apartment is very clean and spacious with great views! It's an excellent location for dining, shopping and tours, etc. It's quiet at night. The apartment is well stocked as well.
