− Los colchones de las camas un poco incómodos

+ La zona en la que está es estupenda, en pleno centro, con todo alrededor.

− Le falta una mejor limpieza. El sofá cama no es cómodo. No tiene ventilación.

+ Communication with the host

− Almost anything. We stayed in the Studio apartment (no balcony). Apartment is SMALL. Bathroom is TINY and has a really bad smell that comes out of the sink. It ia offered as a 3 person apartment (a queen bed + a sofa bed) but the sofa is basically just the springs and sooooo noisy that you can't sleep. If you are more than 1 person, and one person needs to stay and the other go out, good luck, because 1 of the key need to stay in the room for the electricity so the other person needs to go without keys, and can't even enter again without cutting the electricity. Also the alley in which is the apartment located is pretty ugly and dirty (not host btw) but because of that is not inviting. I just want to clarify that we didn't liked the place at all, but the host was open to come to a solution for everyone and we really appreciate her willingness to give us a solution. Probably the place is best for one people.

Wonderful location, near the water and sights.

− It was the weekend, so people walking by in the street below were talking loudly until late in the evening.

Mala experiencia

+ La cama era cómoda y buena ubicación

− No había buena limpieza, se escuchaba todo lo del apartamento contiguo, entraba luz por una ventana q no había posibilidad de tapar lo q no nos permitió descansar. La pintura del techo estaba super descascarillada y por la noche mientras dormíamos se nos cayeron trozos encima lo que hizo q no pudiéramos descansar ninguna de las dos noches. La ducha perdía agua y las toallas tenían manchas de lejía. Escaleras muy empinadas y con escalón muy estrecho para acceder al apartamento. En general una muy mala experiencia y encima solo las dos noches nos costaron 250€.

Great host, amazing location.

+ Right in the middle of the old town. Lots of character in that area. Easy to access and the host was kind enough to give us a 2nd set of keys, which is always handy when someone has to head home early or wants to have a siesta, the other one can still get in with out waking them. Ironing board very hand as well as a washing machine.

− Bed was a double, so my feet hung over the end and wasn't very comfy.

+ La ubicación en el centro histórico en una calle tranquila. El apartamento donde estuvimos alojadas era un bajo, por lo que el acceso era cómodo.

− El apartamento es muy pequeño y tiene mucha humedad, se nota cuando estás dentro. El colchón es incomodísimo, se hunde, está muy trillado. Las toallas necesitan renovarse.

+ Sehr schöne, gemütliche und praktische Einrichtung;-) ein perfekter Aufenthalt für 5 Nächte! Es hatte alles zur Verfügung was man braucht!

+ Чистота, в апартаментах было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Была оставлена большая бутылка аоды, кофе, сахар, соль. Хозяйка была постоянно с нами на связи. Сообщала нам о предстоящих событиях в Кадисе. Отмечала подробно на все наши вопросы. Любезно разрешила нам задержаться после времени выезда. Прекрасное расположение. Все рядом- центр, пляж, магазин продуктов.

+ El apartamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Cádiz. Sin duda una buena elección.

+ I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was super clean, fresh, and had such a calm, quiet vibe – perfect for unwinding. The kitchen and bathroom were both beautiful and really well taken care of. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, which was a big plus. The bedroom was super cozy and even had a little balcony – great for enjoying a coffee in the morning. There were two TVs, which was a nice surprise, and everything just felt comfortable and easy. The location is amazing – really close to the sea, surrounded by great restaurants, and just a short walk from the bus stop. You can pretty much walk everywhere. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cádiz. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

+ A compact unit. As there is no balcony or outside area it us more suited to a winter visit to Cadiz, rather than a summer one. Good location for all areas and a supermarket close-by.

Passing through Cádiz :)

+ Anna was always very attentive and helpful. She did not hesitate to provide guidance whenever we needed it. Check in and out were very simple and convinient. Boosting suggestion: it would be nice to offer your guests a welcome kit :))! The house is located in the historic center of Cádiz, very close to multiple services and attractions. The street is very calm (during the day and at night). We can easily cover the entire zone on foot or take public transport if we want to travel long distances, to see other areas of the city or even some neighboring towns.

− We had the feeling that the house hadn't been cleaned. There was dust (including on the kitchen counter) and the smell was not the most pleasant. To avoid the bad odor, we decided to cover the bathroom sink drain, and use the kitchen to clean ourselves, since we decided not to cook. It worked. The bathroom is super small. The sink is microscopic, when we used it on the first day it was like taking a second shower after a shower, but with our clothes on. The towels and bed linen were too worn and didn't smell very good. The mattress was too soft and uneven. Advice: if you arrive to Cádiz by car, save some extra money to park. It isn't free.

+ The fact that this is in the middle of the city historic center. Very comfy apartment and with all the services in a short distance walk. The apartment is very complete.

− Not that much to say. I liked everything! Maybe say that the entrance in the building smelled odd... and was a bit dusty from past construction/maintnance works.

+ Very central, spotlessly clean. Lovely touches, decent coffee pods, tea bags , washing machine products etc Excellent communication with host. All round super.

− Electricity all off when out for day, this meant nothing should be left in the freezer or fridge. It did not matter to us but someone staying for a few days it might be inconvenient.

+ Room clean and tidy. Has everything you need for a long or short stay. The location was great really close to supermarket and amazing fresh food market.
