+ La bella suite è una delle due camere indipendenti messe a disposizione da Palmira e Mario, che ti accolgono nella loro bellissima casa a qualche minuto d'auto sopra il centro di Lajes. Condividerai con gli ospiti dell'altra suite la colazione speciale nel soggiorno, preparata da Palmira nella cucina a vista, mentre Mario ti intrattiene, se ne hai piacere, su quello che Pico offre. Una esperienza, più che un soggiorno, una bellissima esperienza! Camera ripreparata ogni giorno, lavaggio biancheria se ti serve. Bagno molto grande, tutto perfetto

A wonderful home, with a magical view, and the most hospitable hosts ever!

+ The house was in a perfect location, close to an adorable town. The shared spaces as well as private suite are very well maintained and clean. The outdoor deck had the most stunning view! And most importantly, Mario and Palmira were the kindest and absolute best hosts!!

+ The location is conveniently located to explore the island. Mario and Palmira are most inviting and the friendliest people you could made. The breakfast is fantastic and so are the rooms and the views over Lajes do Pico. It was a perfect stay for us.

Familiäre Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

+ Schöne, familiäre Unterkunft mit tollem Blick von der Terrasse auf den Ozean und den Pico. Sehr bemühte Gastgeber, die sehr an den Gästen interessiert. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Terrasse können gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Sehr gutes Frühstück! Zimmer sehr sauber.

− Das Mobiliar in den Zimmern (Bett und Schrank) ist etwas älter - aber nicht problematisch. Bei der täglichen Reinigung der Zimmer wurden unsere Sachen in Schubladen und Schränke gelegt oder an anderen Stellen gelagert. Das ist mit Sicherheit nett gemeint, hat uns aber nicht gefallen.

+ A beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained property with a beautiful garden and a sea-view terrace, perfectly located for exploring Pico Island.

− The exceptional hospitality of Palmira and Mario, who made us feel genuinely welcome. The delicious 5* breakfast was a real highlight, especially for cheese lovers like us, as it gave us the chance to discover some Azorean cheeses and other local specialties.

+ Établissement donc les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse et amicale réconfortante, chambre spacieuse et agréable avec une vue spectaculaire sur le village de Lajes de Pico et le volcan Pico. Petit déjeuner très généreux et abondant avec option sans gluten. Les hôtes sont très sympathique et discret selon les besoins des ils adapteront les références aux bons restaurants et services touristiques de la régions qui abondent. Le lieux est très accueillant et silencieux pour ceux qui recherche un havre de paix sur l’île de Pico. 30 minutes de l’aéroport.

Super Frühstück und sehr liebevolle Betreuung

+ Wir saßen jeden Morgen mit den Gastgeber zusammen am Frühstückstisch und haben primär den Ausführungen vom Mario (Gastgeber) gelauscht. Da er einiges erlebt hat war das immer recht interessant und kurzweilig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und mit sehr viel Liebe angerichtet. An einem Tag gab es auch zusätzlich Nachmittags warmen Zimtapfel mit Vanilleeis. Die beiden Gastggeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Vom Bett aus und von der Terrasse (geteilt mit dem anderen Zimmer) hatte man einen sagenhaften Blick auf das Meer. Morgens gegen 09:00 Uhr konnte man sehen, wie die Whale watching Touren von Lajes ausgelaufen sind (keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt)

It felt like visiting family

+ It was like visiting family. Palmira and Mario welcomed us with open hearts and arms and we felt like home. They completely open their home and let you use the entire house, not only the booked room. The location is fantastic with great views. The breakfast is fantastic and more you can eat. Everything fresh with local specialties such as delicious cheese, eggs, meat, fruit salad and so much more. We enjoyed the discussions and laughs and were grateful for all their tipps. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay and if coming back to Pico, it would be our number one address. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity Palmira and Mario.

+ Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir wurden herzlich begrüsst. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist qualitativ hochstehend. Die Lage und Aussicht auf Meer und Pico ist aussergewöhnlich! Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Auto ist jedoch Voraussetzung.

+ Todo, ubicación, vistas, y los anfitriones eran espectaculares, recomendable al 100%. Muchas palabras de agradecimiento a Mario y Palmira se les quiere en 3 días te tratan como si fueras su familia, pareja que desprende amor.

Traumhaus mit familiärem Flair

+ Ein wunderschönes Haus mit liebevoll angelegtem Garten und fantastischer Dachterrasse mit Blick übers Meer. Wir haben uns im Urlaub noch nie so zu Hause gefühlt. Mario und Palmira waren ungeheuer gastfreundlich und haben uns am Leben in ihrem Haus teilhaben lassen. Alles ist blitzsauber, die Zimmer werden jeden Tag aufgeräumt und gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und nicht zu schaffen. Es standen immer superleckerer frischer Obstsalat und Wasser tagsüber für uns im Kühlschrank. Besser geht's nicht!

+ Mario et Palmira nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement dans leur superbe maison avec une vue imprenable,On se sent comme à la maison. Petits déjeuners très copieux et de qualité avec des produits locaux..Une adresse à retenir pour sa qualité son calme et la gentillesse de ses hôtes.

+ Wir haben vier Nächte in der Casa da Ribeira verbracht und es hat uns dort ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Das Zimmer hatte einen grandiosen Blick auf den Atlantik und die Ausstattung ist großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit und bereiten jeden Tag ein köstliches Frühstück zu. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

+ Spacious, clean, comfortable accommodation with a terrific view. Palmira and Mario are wonderful hosts- delicious breakfasts, very helpful, generous and kind. We definitely recommend....we would give them a 12 out of 10, if we could!

+ The view and the location are amazing. The suit was big and comfortable with a big and clean bathroom. Nice breakfast with warm bread and good Pico cheese. Warm hosts, Mario and Palmira.

− Description of the place does not make it clear that you rent a room in a house. The shared place was Mario's and Palmira's living room and the kitchen downstairs and the breakfast is served there. It was a nice stay although we were caught by surprise a little.

The house is spotless clean and has the most breataking view of Pico, the rooms are massive with a beautiful bathroom, breakfast was almost a lunch (incredible). They values every guest and make you feel at home.

Great location, beautiful views and wonderful hosts!

+ After a tough day of travel, Mario and Palmira were there to warmly welcome us to their home! It was our first time in the Azores and in Pico. Their house is beautiful and our stay at the two apartments upstairs was comfortable. The views were amazing and the location was great! They provided us with a wonderful breakfast during our three day stay! Palmira and Mario were a joy to talk to and treat you like visiting friends! Thank you for a nice stay!

− We did not realize that the shared space talked about on the website was actually Mario and Palmira's living room and kitchen downstairs. We thought the shared space was just for the 2 rooms upstairs. It worked out fine though, and we enjoyed our visit! House was a little hard to find;, but, Mario and Palmira met us at a gas station nearby and we followed them home
