O apartamento está muito bem cuidado, extremamente limpo, muito confortável e decorado com muito bom gosto. Além disso, a localização é excelente.
− O único ponto menos favorável são as escadas de acesso. São antigas, muito bonitas e cheias de charme, mas bastante íngremes. No entanto, isso não foi uma surpresa, pois é algo que já se consegue ver nas fotografias antes da reserva. Por isso, não consideramos este aspeto um ponto negativo, apenas uma informação importante para quem possa ter dificuldades de mobilidade.

− - showers are small for larger persons
- the main bedroom on the upper floor has a v-shaped ceiling and you really have to watch your head when accessing the storage drawers or using the bathroom. Getting up from the bed is fine though.

De très bons restaurants dans les 50m aux alentours
− Nous sommes tombés sur la semaine qui précède l'organisation de leur grande corrida de ville donc installation qui se passe en pleine nuit en plus.
Aucune considération pour les personnes qui habitent et dorment dans le secteur sachant que l'appartement étant mal insonorisé donc les nuits ont été bruyantes

+ Our host Ivanka met us right away with the keys when we texted her to let her know we were there. She graciously showed us around the house and was truly delightful. The beds were comfortable, and the space sufficient for our needs (three friends, traveling together). We were able to find parking within a short walk of the house each night, and the garbage/recycling bins were conveniently located in the public space just outside the home. The house was within easy walking distance of a variety of local restaurants as well as the Continente grocery store. Having a washing machine in the house was a wonderful plus.
− The showers were quite small (although fairly typical of "add on" shower cubes throughout Europe). I'm a larger person and had to squeeze to get into the shower itself, and also had to turn the water off and open the doors in order to position myself so I could bend down to pick up my shampoo bottle from the floor (there wasn't sufficient room for a person of my size to bend over in the shower itself).

+ The quiet and nice village we where which is just a 30min drive to lisbon centre. The accomodation had all what we needed and the host was super friendly and very kind to wait for us even if we have a late check in.
− If you want to explore only lisbon and you dont have a car its hard. Otherwise by car like we was was super easy as parking places was always available infront of property.

+ the property is amazing it was beyond our expectations. There’s a lot of space, the bedrooms are excellent especially the one upstairs. Also, the property it’s very well located, restaurantes everywhere, and near the river.
