+ Appartement très bien situé pour naviguer sur l'ensemble de l'île avec une jolie plage à proximité à pied et une piscine au sein de la résidence! Ivibru est une hôte aux petits soins qui a tout fait pour que nous passions de belles vacances avec notre fille, merci encore!

+ This property is very great for staying in Puerto del Carmen. It has everything you need for vacation. We loved the shared space where pool is located. And the terrace is very great. But we really loved the host. She helped us with everything.

− The only thing that was missing was air conditioning. It wasn’t that bad throughout the day, but at night we didn’t want to have opened the terrace door and that’s why it was quite hot. But nothing crazy.

Quiet and tranquil at times.

+ The fact that it was self contained and secure.

− External area really needs some work done to it section of tiles to pool had stagnant water always sitting which attracted flies and pool surround was filthy it was never cleaned once in the month we stayed at apartment pool was cleaned couple of times but was constantly full of insects.

+ - Sehr gute Ausstattung, gutes WLAN. Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Ein Kanister Wasser und eine große Flasche Bier standen zur Begrüßung bereit - Moderne, gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten - Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus bzw. in der Nähe - LIDL in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - Strandpromenade mit Restaurants in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit - Ruhige Lage - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstellen, Schnellstraßen mit dem PKW schnell erreichbar

− - Das Gebäude ist, wie meistens in Südeuropa, relativ hellhörig (hängt natürlich von den Nachbarn ab, die sich gleichzeitig über und neben einem aufhalten). Wir hatten bis auf 1 Abend Glück

+ L'appartamento è completo di tutto quello che può servire inoltre i gestori Ivana e Daniele sono in ogni momento disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, non è una cosa sempre scontata.Il residence è tranquillo con cancello chiuso quindi più sicuro.

− Unica cosa per andare e tornare dalla spiaggia c è una bella salita! Per i più giovani non è un problema ma per gli anziani potrebbe esserlo per noi è stato un buon allenamento!

+ Everything. The apartment had all mod cons. Ivana and Daniele were excellent hosts and the location was perfect for us. Can't fault it.

+ Nothing to fault here. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Ivana and her husband here such nice people and nothing was a problem to them. They even gave us an extra fan without even looking for one. It's in ideal location close to everything but still extremely quiet at night. A lovely secure complex that has a front gate that requires a key to enter and to exit. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to book again next year if it will be free on the dates I choose.

A beautiful trip and great memories for first time in lanzarote.

+ Beautiful accommodation. We stayed for over 4 weeks and it was wonderful. Location perfect close to everything. The pool was beautiful, loads of sunbeds available. The hosts provided us with everything we could need during our stay from towels, cleaning products, board games, cooking utensils, you name it. Even gave us some beach toys for our toddler. Very friendly when we saw them around the complex always stopping to say hello, very welcoming. Hosts even gave us a lift to the airport when we were going home. Also a special mention to the maintenance man/pool cleaner who lived in one of the other apartments he was great and so nice.

− A few cockroach’s every couple of days but it was expected being ground floor apartment and during a heatwave. Not the hosts fault. Nothing a bit of bug spray couldn’t fix.

Great stay in Puerto Del Carmen

+ Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming! Lovely patio and good location.

+ Absolutely amazing our host could not do enough for us. We would definitely go back again. Brought us to do our shopping after collecting us from the airport. Could have been more helpful when we ran into trouble after our handbag was stolen.

+ Just back for a 7 nights at Casa Gilda, the apartment was brilliant. It had everything and more that we needed for our holiday. The apartment was spotless clean and tidy. Ivana & Daniele were absolutely amazing give us loads of information about the apartment we could not have asked for better hosts. 5 Star

We throughly enjoyed our stay from the point of view of a couple and a 15 year old son

+ The apartment was very clean and essentials were in the apartment eg cooker, hairdryer, towels, iron Wi-Fi TV and a pool Shops, restaurants & Beach front were all within walking distance There was plenty to do and booking water park, golf, karting there was no problem and pick ups were arranged or else we got taxis to these place and the taxi fares were very reasonable

− There was nothing I didn’t like apartment was perfect and the area was in close proximity to all amenities we had a little rain but nobody can blamed for that 😉

Lanzarote - September 2024

+ This first floor apartment is cozy, clean, and equipped with all the necessary appliances for a worry-free holiday. Perfect for a couple. It probably accommodates four people. Additionally, the pool and sunbeds are available all day, offering a perfect spot to relax. It’s within walking distance to Playa Blanca, as well as nearby restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The host was always attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs during our stay. Communication with the host was easy and she’s a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this accommodation to other travellers.
