+ Very spacious room. A nice kitchen equipped with everything. Situated in a nice village (Moclin) with a nice fortress/castle, which is nice to walk up to, to get a good view of the village.

Tolle Anlieger Wohnung im Dorf mit netten Vermietern

+ Nette Vermieter schönes Haus habe ein Upgrade bekommen, schöne Anlieger Wohnung. Küche gut ausgestattet. Ein willkommenes Bier war auch im Kühlschrank. Steve und seine Frau haben auch meine Pilger Klamotten in der Waschmaschine für mich gewaschen ohne dass ich gefragt habe . Infos sehr gut mit Kommunikation vorab per WhatsApp. Vorwarnung für limitierte Öffnungszeiten der Bars und Mini Supermarkt unter der Woche/ da ich am Mittwoch da war und alles zu hatte war ich froh dass ich mir ein Abendessen kochen konnte. Alles sehr sauber schöne Dusche und großes Bett .

+ Todo genial, nos sorprendió gratamente. Estaba super limpio, no le faltaba detalle. El propietario siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara leña. Un sitio para desconectar y descansar después de pasar el día de ruta.

Ideal for a visit to Moclin

+ Location was good for all the places of interest in Moclin and Steve our host welcomed us and showed us around the apt. The apt. had all the things we needed and Moclin is a well kept village with various attractions.

+ La casa es muy acogedora y confortable, Steve fue muy amable para todo lo que necesitábamos,la chimenea estaba genial y en general todo bien.

Home from home

+ We found the hosts welcoming, helpful, gave us directions to the village on our arrival & local shops etc. Even tbough its was good out side the flat was very well heated. The hosts were friendly & responed quickly to any questions, we would stay here again.

+ Excelente ubicación. Steve esta pendiente de que no te falte de nada. Apartamento confortable y bien equipado. Todo muy bien.

Welcoming and very comfortable.

+ The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped, with a wonderful log burner for winter travellers. Steve and Sarah were great hosts, very knowledgeable and generous with their time.

− Liked everything. Disappointed that we didn’t realise Moclin is so very quiet in January, but that’s on us, not the place and certainly not the property.

+ Moclin is een prachtig dorpje en Casa Cabra is super dichtbij het startpunt van één van de mooiste wandelroutes die wij hebben gelopen Route Gollizno. We waren hier begin december en dan is het heerlijk rustig. Het was wel fris maar Steven had de houtkachel al voor ons aan gedaan waardoor we een warm welkom hadden. Het huis is lekker ruim en het bed slaapt heerlijk. De banken zitten lekker en de keuken is voldoen voorzien voor eenvoudig koken.

− De waterdruk is een beetje laag in de douche en je moet lang wachten voordat het warm wordt maar dat vonden wij geen probleem.

The perfect casita for a couple

+ The casita was just perfect. It was my husband and I traveling for our honeymoon and we were passing through Moclin this particular day. The place was very clean, it was a full apartment, the bed was so comfy, the heater warmed up the whole apartment easily. We really enjoyed being here. I must also mention that we asked the host for a nearby laundry and he washed our clothes for us. Now I’m sure this isn’t something they always do, but they did it for us and we are very thankful.

+ Great location, excellent apartment, very good kitchen, comfortable bed, great value, Steve and Sarah are excellent Hosts. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Bonito pueblo para hacer parada en la ruta

+ Estaba muy limpio.

− Aunque había calefacción, el apartamento era frío, especialmente el baño. La ducha era pequeña. En cuanto a las camas, también me parecieron muy pequeñas.

A quiet and relaxing apartment all to yourself, with friendly and available hosts!

+ Everything was very good, the hosts kindly let me check in early, it has everything you need for a short stay, a little kitchen with tea, coffee and some other basic things that you don’t want to go out and buy when you’re travelling. I particularly liked the shower, stylish decor and easy to use. A comfy sofa to relax on and read a book if you like….and Steve very kindly walked with me to the bus stop in the morning , to make sure I caught the bus on time. Would happily stay there again.

+ Todo era perfecto, lo que no nos gustó era que en el pueblo solo hay un bar y cierra a las 2.30, así que no hay nada de ocio.

+ Everything about this place was great! It’s located in a small village, and we stayed there while doing the Camino de Mozárabe. Our host, Steve, was wonderful — very helpful and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The house itself was comfortable and very clean.

+ En poco espacio tiene todo lo que un apartamento debería tener, el lugar es tranquilo y silencioso y la cama es grande y comodísima.

There's more to Moclin than a reality TV renovation..

+ For the money it was okay. Our host Steve made us welcome. Loved the bar in the village very friendly people. Tapas was very good. Overhaul we loved Moclin, but next time would visit in the cooler months for walking. Lol we were not interested in the house that was recently renovated last year and shown on TV. There's more to Moclin with it's history and walks!

+ A friend and I rented the apartment with twin beds for a night while walking the Camino Mozarabe. It was perfect for our requirements. It was quiet and spacious with a well set up kitchen area for making breakfast and a cup of tea.
