Very enjoyable stay in Alicante.

+ for a friends holiday this was a great apartment, we were all very comfortable there. host was a good communicator.

− one of the beds was very hard. There was no toaster in the kitchen.

Naujai įrengtas švarus butas, patogus didesnei šeimai

+ Buvom išsinuomavę mašiną, tad ši vieta puikiai tiko, nes turi rakinamą nemokamą parkingą. Iki paplūdimio kelios minutės pėsčiomis, centras taip pat netoli. Trys miegamieji ir svetainė puikiai tiko mūsų didelei kompanijai. Labai patogu du vonios kambariai. Virtuvėje buvo visa reikalinga įranga, taip pat indaplovė, skalbimo mašina. Butas švarus ir tvarkingas, šeimininkė paslaugi ir labai draugiška. Nedvejodama grįščiau!

− Nėra lifto, jei turite daug didelių lagaminų ir sunkiai einančių senjorų, tai gali būti nepatogu, bet mums tai nesudarė problemų. Viename kambaryje yra ištiesiama sofa, ji šiek tiek mažiau patogi nei lovos

− The stairs up to the apartment would have been a bit of a hike for anyone less able or the elderly. Ok for us though but one thing to watch for those who fall into this category.

+ The accommodation was absolutely great, the facilities were sufficient. Two bathrooms were a big advantage. The location was perfect, we could go everywhere, we didn't need a rental car at all.

− I would only recommend working on the quality of the mattresses in the bed in the future, otherwise everything was great

− Está lejos de la playa, porque hay que dar la vuelta a la urbanización Es un cuarto sin ascensor No tiene TV por cable, es decir no se ven los canales de TV

+ The best stay experience in Alicante. The host was very responsive and always available. The place was extremely clean.

Mój pobyt był bardzo intensywny i bardzo udany. Polecam Alicante i okolice każdemu bo są piękne.

+ Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko supermarket , przystanki kolejki bardzo blisko , praktycznie przy głównej ulicy i deptaku nad morzem. Jedynym minusem to czwarte piętro i po całym dniu zwiedzania było ciężko ale to naprawdę drobnostka. Polecam ten obiekt , bo dobrze jest rozplanowany, czyściutki a do tego super kontakt z Panią Beatą ( zawsze pomocna i szybko odpisująca).

+ Nagyon jó kis lakás, a képek teljesen megfelelnek a valóságnak. Kényelmesen elfértünk hatan, nagy előny a két fürdőszoba. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, segítőkész, elérhető ha kell!:)

Weekendowy wypad

+ Mieszkanie posiada 3 sypialnie i dwie łazienki. W mieszkaniu są podstawowe rzeczy do przygotowania posiłku. Są ręczniki. Pod budynkiem znajdują się miejsca parkingowe, a wjazd do osiedla jest zabezpieczony bramą. Zasobnik na ciepłą wodę starcza na prysznic 2-3 osób, więc przy większej grupie trzeba poczekać. Lokalizacja raczej dla osób z samochodem - do centrum spacerem ok. 20 min. Plaża w pobliżu.

− Mieszkanie znajduje się na 4 piętrze w budynku bez windy, a schody na górę są wąskie.

+ Świetne miejece blisko do centrum oraz plaży. Bezpłatny parking to bardzo dożywotnika plus. Kuchnia wypełniania wyposażona. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.

+ Super miejsce i lokalizacja. Super kontak z właścicielką która jest bardzo pomocna i służy zawsze pomocą.

Wygodnie, miło i blisko do plaży:)))

+ Mieszkanie jest czyste i przestronne. Na trzy pokoje są dwie łazienki. Z balkonu widać morze i wschody słońca:) Blisko do plaży i super lokalizacja.

+ Piękny, przestronny apartament, bogate wyposażenie. Bardzo czysto.

+ Nice and clean apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything you need for staying in Alicante, free parking, 10 minute walking to the beach , 20-30 min walking to the port and center . I recommand it

− If you are more then one family you should ask in advance for 2 pair of keys . Will be hard to manage with one pair. 4’th floor without elevator

Idealny na pobyt zarówno z rodziną, jak i grupą przyjaciół.

+ Przestronny, komfortowy i w pełni wyposażony apartament położony blisko plaży.

Ha újra visszatérünk, csak ide jövünk

+ Kíváló helyen van a szállás, minden főbb nevezetesség max. 20 perc alatt elérhető gyalog. A strand 5-6 perc séta. Nagyon felszerelt, igényes, tiszta, modern. Minden szobában klíma van, a fürdők szintén újak és tiszták. Az ágyak kényelmesek. A szállásadó kedves volt, jól kommunikált, előbb becsekkolhattunk a repülő érkezése miatt. Rugalmas volt.

Cosy, modern and comfortable, close to everything.

+ We really liked how the apartment is fully renovated. It has all the appliances, two bathrooms come very handy. There are beds to sleep 6 people, a balcony. Location is great: it is very very close to the center, across the street from the beach, very close to a shopping mall. Of course the parking space is also a big plus. We felt comfortable, safe and we would choose this apartment next time we come to Alicante.
