Colonial Suite

+ Kényelmes, tágas, jól felszerelt apartman, 2 főnek tökéletes. Hatalmas terasz, jó környék, közel a Duke-hoz. Mindig volt parkolóhely az utcában. A szállásadó nagyon gyorsan reagált mindig, amikor kérdésünk volt.

− Az ágy nekünk picit keskeny volt (140 cm körül).

Nice stay in a touristy area of Tenerife

+ The flat was nice, with a big balcony. The property is in a safe location, quiet at the time. The swimming pool was a bonus. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Access to public transport is nearby too. You are within 10mins walk from the closest beach. You can get in touch with the host via WhatsApp. Costa Adeye is a good location to do excursions and see more of the island, especially if you rely on public transport.

− Nothing bad to say, except that I prefer less touristy areas. Too many hotels, resorts for my taste. I preferred Puerto de la Cruz, which feels a bit more authentic.

+ Very good location, large terrace.

− The bed is narrow and uncomfortable. The cleanliness is not perfect. There were many things in the closets that were not neatly arranged, but there was neither a proper bedspread nor a pillow.

+ The property is absolutely fabulous, great communication through what’s app, everything you need for self catering, beautiful sunbathing terrace with loungers, quiet location, parking, in a great location, 5 mins walk to amenities, restaurants, lots of shopping, bars with entertainment, beach 10 mins walk.

− Satellite tv would have been fab to get Netflix, bed could have been bigger, but was comfortable.

.We loved it and would definitely recommend it.

+ Huge balcony to watch the sunset and sunbath. We could even see the sea, even though on the ground floor! Lovely apartment. Clean with great bedroom and looked just like the pictures. Pool was right outside and good size. Very quiet. Great value for money too!It is a good 15 minute walk, slightly uphill, from the beach - in the heat might be a challenge for some. We enjoyed it in the evening after a big meal out and meant we were just the right distance away from the noise and bustle of the town.

Over all no complaints just needs a little update

− No lamp for main room ,only overhead light.Maybe a small lamp is needed.sunbed covers could do with a wash or replaced .

+ Communication was over WhatsApp and I use that all the time, It met all my needs as it was quiet and had all the facilities I needed. The bath was a massive plus and the balcony huge, the views were lovely and I would definitely return for that price.

+ balcony was great with good view of the sea. Location was good, its on a hill but the whole town is on a hill! Apartment was well equipped.

− Pool was cool temperature wise plus tiles around the pool got really slippy - you need flip flops

+ Third time in Tenerife, and this was definitely the best accommodation ever. Excellent Location, only few minutes from the El Duque beach, very clean, perfectly equipped and especially quiet, which was absolutely amazing. Definitely will be back here. Ideal place for couples and family.
