+ Location couldn't be better. Quiet.

− Saying it has a city view is quite a stretch. It's a white wall. Can't use shower at even 1/2 strength or the drain in front of the toilet overflows.

+ Subject: Excellent location, but poor maintenance and service "The apartment is in an amazing location, right next to all the major sights in Madrid.

− It is comfortable for two people (definitely no more) and stays very warm. It overlooks a quiet courtyard/greenery, but please note that using the air conditioning at night is not allowed. Unfortunately, the apartment is built with very cheap materials. The coffee maker was broken, and despite repeatedly asking for a replacement, they never provided one. For a 9-night stay, we were only given one set of sheets. Luckily, there were towels for four people, so we had enough clean towels for our stay. Additionally, the toilet seat was loose and unstable. Finally, the building entrance is extremely narrow, and you have to carry your suitcases up almost a full floor to reach the elevator, which is also very small.

− viel zu teuer für die Ausstattung/wohnung allg. Sieht viel grösser aus. Lieber weiter aussen und das Geld für eine coole Location ausgeben. was nicht ersichtlich ist, ist das man ein Formular ausfüllen muss (geht aber ca. nur 5min)

Posizione perfetta con alcune migliorie da fare

+ La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro e vicina tutti i servizi. Il letto è molto comodo e in camera c’è spazio per poggiare valigie/zaini. L’assistenza della struttura è impeccabile, sono molto gentili e chiari nelle spiegazioni. Presente aria condizionata/calorifero e saponi vari in bagno

− Gli spazi sono un po’ limitati: in 3 stavamo stretti (ci sono solo due sgabelli perché il divano serviva per dormire); la pulizia decisamente migliorabile

− I would prefer a couple of normal chairs. I was working a lot from home so the highchairs were not very comfortable. Also the pillows were really hard

Un bonito apartamento en el centro de Madrid

+ La ubicación del apartamento era perfecta, justo en el corazón de Madrid y el staff también fue muy amable con nosotros!

− La única cosa que sería talvez de mejorar es el pavimento del baño que está muy roto, el agua caliente dura muy poco y desafortunadamente el ascensor solo funcionó el primer día…

− The staff was nice and helpful. However, the property is good for max 2 people not even 3. There is no sunshine inside the place, so forget about doing laundry because it takes more than 3 days to dry off! And the washer didn't dissolve the pod. There is no place to locate wet dishes after doing dishes. worse of all 15 sharp stairs followed by 4 stairs before the elevator. so, if you have limited moving ability it is not for you. When we booked at Booking.com there wasn’t a picture of these 15 stairs! Also, we saw a stain on one of the sheets. The shower was heavily closed so the water went out of the shower and the floor was completely wet. We used all towels to dry out the floor. The toilet flush never stopped running. so we heard the water flow all night/ day long. the maintenance guy came to the property twice during our 6-night stay. You won't find any nightstand to place your stuff while takes a nap or rest! It looks like a fruit box attached to the wall
