+ I miei genitori hanno soggiornato in questo appartamento a Málaga e si sono trovati benissimo. L’esperienza è stata davvero stupenda sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi come a casa: cucina ben attrezzata, ambienti comodi e tutto curato nei dettagli Piscina stupenda, con una bella vista. Anche la posizione è stata un grande punto di forza: molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni della città. Inoltre, avere un supermercato proprio davanti all’appartamento è stato davvero comodissimo per qualsiasi necessità quotidiana. Hanno apprezzato tantissimo anche la tranquillità della zona e la praticità degli spostamenti. Sicuramente un alloggio che consiglierebbero senza esitazione a chi vuole visitare Málaga e godersi un soggiorno rilassante e senza pensieri.

− Lack of respect! I wrote that we will arrive at 10am if we can get an apartment faster. No one replied. There is no luggage storage. After they say ok 3pm the apartment will be ready. Again no one replied, I should received a link with a code. I had to call after 3.30pm, go to get by myself to a shop keys to the apartment. A coffee machine without a coffee. A dishwasher without dishwasher capsules. A washing machine without washing powder. Toilet paper just 2 tiny rolls. Far away to the nice beach, just an ugly one. Squeaky bed and uncomfortable, no good sleep. Very noise from the corridor, banging door. Cannot open a window because very noisy.

+ The apartment is in the new building so everything is a brand new - I liked that it had all kitchen appliances

− The matrass was uncomfortable, that's the only thing I didn't like, everything else was great

Comfortable stay in a new apartment

+ Great apartment. New, modern and clean. It has everything provided. Pool was a bonus but no loungers to sit around. Supermarket next door and restaurants within 15 mins walking distance. 15 mins walk to the beach, where you can rent umbrella/loungers for €5. About 20 mins away from Malaga city. This is more of an area with locals.

− It’s an apartment building where locals live. The doors to the building lobby are quite squeaky and you could hear people come in and out (a quick fix I’m sure).

The quality does not match the price

+ Seems like everything you might need is at the flat- tv, shower, refrigerator, washing machine, swiming pool for your comfort on the roof top.

− No sound isolation at the building at all. You can hear neighbours dog runnig and barking. Good luck if you'll try to make higher volume for tv (probably it has something to do with flat isolation too so you wont disturb neighbours and its switched off:) ). If you're having a shower you will have swimming pool on the floor after it too. Washing mashine is leaking- dont leave the flat if you are washing something. Roof top swimming pool looks biger on photos :) Overall - wasnt too bad but will not come back again. Not for that price.
