+ Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nach Buchung vorhanden und er hat mir noch Tipps fürs Parken gegeben. Die Wohnung ist Top und warscheinlich erst vor paar Monaten renoviert wurden => alles neu! Die Küche hatte eine Waschmaschine und Geschirspühler und alles wirkt sehr modern. Die kleine Terasse ist auch praktisch da man hier auch die Kleidung vom Baden trocknen lassen kann. Die Klima ist neu und das Zimmer war schön kühl vor allem im Sommer. Der Zugang ist via Pin am Eingang und an der Wohnungstür ist ein weiteres Schloss wo man den Haustürschlüssel bekommt wenn man den Pin eingibt. Die Wohnung ist super zentral und man ist mitten in der City! Der Flughafen ist mit der U-Bahn C1 zu erreichen und kostet nicht mal 1,80 wenn man CENTRUM aussteigt. Der Strand ist ca. 15-20 Min weg. Das stört aber garnicht weil der Weg dorthin echt angenehm ist. Es gibt aktuell eine Baustelle im Nachbarhaus aber diese hat uns echt nicht gestört. − The building is under significant construction this summer. Construction activities take place right alongside guests rooms, drilling, hammering, cutting. Very high noise levels. These noises begin at 7am-8am. We had to leave the apartment due to the unbearable noise. We asked to cancel our booking and stayed in accommodation elsewhere. Contacted the host who said they would look into the possibility of a refund. They NEVER responded back despite me explaining the situation as to why we wanted to cancel our stay Very unprofessional, unhelpful, and we did not receive refund. I recommend do NOT stay here

+ O apartamento tinha tudo necessário para a nossa estadia. O que mais gostei foi sem dúvida do terraço privado que tínhamos. Sem dúvida se voltarmos é para repetir.

Perfect location and nice apartment with few things to consider

+ Very good location, everything is so close and easy reachable. The apartment itself is very very nice and big- i was alone so it was more than enough for me, i appreciated the shelf inside the shower as usually its an issue. i didnt cook but you have everything for cooking and big fridge. The bed was comfortable.The communication with owner was fast and good as I had some issues the first day and they immediately replied and came fix it the day after. Easy to find, easy check in (they give you a code to the box of keys).

− Apartment has a bit weird smell. There is almost no natural light coming in so it always felt dark. The biggest issue is that right now there is some kind of renovation going on in the next building or higher floors. It is not the small renovation, they are literally demolishing walls, so every day from 8:00-16:30 there is loud noise, drilling and banging and the bulding was shaking too. I wish I knew this before - I would have chosen another apartment. I know it is not the fault of owner but transparency would have been nice. I usually like to come in the middle of day to the apartment to relax a little bit but it was impossible, sleeping in was not an option either.So if you stay around these dates, ask if it is still going on. There was coffee machine but no complimentary coffee capsules- usually they leave a few if there is a coffee machine. The cleaning lady came half an hour before check out time and wanted to start cleaning

− TV didn’t work. A nice big monitor set up done as Polish language and no any channel was available. Calling alarm of the lift was bothering us especially during the night.

The apartment is highly recommended for a couple

+ The apartment is in a really central location and close to everything. Despite that, there was no noise from outside. The apartment itself was fully equipped and clean. Would definitely come again.

+ Mieszkanie ladne, ale sasiadowalo z remontowanym innym mieszkaniem. Wlaściciel zaproponowal inne mieszkanie z ktorego skorzystalismy, ale o standardzie nizszym niz pierwotnie zamowione w cenie. Nie wyrazil zgody na zwrot pieniedzy co powinno byc mozliwie w takie sytuacji

Great aprtment with all the facilities you will need in a great location.

+ Excellent location in the historic centre (quiet-ish part). Very spacioos. Plentiful toiletries and kitchen facility and utensils. 2 x TVs, one very large TV in the lounge area which had access to YouTube and Netflix Elevator to all floors. Good comms with the owner and easy access via main doo. Good WiFi coder and key/lock box to the aprtment. Courtyard with washing line and pegs (Flat C, 1st floor) Great Pizzaria opposite the building.

− El apartamento era muy cómodo pero necesita una actualización la ducha pierde agua la limpieza pésima el patio que tiene estaba muy sucio los ventiladores hacen mucho ruido los utensilios de limpieza(fregonas,cepillo ) estaban muy sucios y escasos ni siquiera había una bayeta para la cocina o baño ni productos de limpieza cosas que ya le han dicho en muchos comentarios y que yo reitero en fin repetiría por que me ha encantado Malaga pero no el apartamento

+ Me gustó si ubicación negocios cerca y pues un recorrido muy precioso a la playa el apartamento está muy bonito cómodo recomendable

− El aíre de la habitación no estaba en buenas condiciones no se podía utilizar la luz de la habitación también no funcionó en ningún momento ya lo demás pues todo estaba bien

− Very late check-in and early check-out. The shower cabin in the bathroom should be fixed, water runs onto the floor when bathing, which causes inconvenience.

+ The location was good.

− The shower was leaking water from the caulking on the floor. A lot of water to clean up on the floor after showering. There was a broken table chair. We were there for 18 days, they never cleaned the place, did not change the bed sheets once and we had to phone to ask for toilet paper and laundry soap. When we got there, there was left over foods in the fridge. The walls are all scratched and the place need to be painted and properly maintained.

+ Excellent location, close to all attractions and to the main station. Quiet in the bedroom despite the fact that it is the center of the city. The apartment had all the necessary equipment.

Disappointing

− The toilet did not work for almost a whole week, and someone had to come by three times. Also a leak in the bathroom from the ceiling. Overall a disappointing stay.
