+ Appartamento molto spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort, ben arredato e pulito

− Si trova in una zona abbastanza degradata della città

C était un agréable séjour , je peux revenir à l’appartementdans une autre occasion

+ La propreté, le vibe du studio, douche parfait

− L absence de certains éléments d’équipements( offrir une machine à café sans capsules je le trouve c’est inapproprié) ainssi que des chaises et parasols surtout par apport au prix que j’avais payé

+ Bardzo blisko miasta

− Bezpośrednie wejście z ulicy

− Veel nachtlawaai s' nachts

+ Die Lage war gut, wir waren sehr schnell in der Innenstadt, die Einrichtung war modern.

− Die Lautstärke: Es ist den ganzen Tag über sehr laut in der Wohnung. Außerdem muss man die Rollos die ganze Zeit geschlossen halten, weil die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt und ständig Leute vorbeilaufen.

Poor service poor quality apartment and full of insects

− Property is infested with insects and when you let them know they tell you this is normal. Lights broken and extractor fan very loud . Can hear everything from the street because you are floor level , apartment has graffiti on it so looks very bad from outside ( not in pictures ) neighbourhood is also abit dodgy , twice we save police arresting people in the park outside. Would not recommend and poor customer service when reported issues

+ I liked the location, the room was clean, and all household appliances were available.

+ Sitio muy bueno. Supermercado cerca y todo tipo de tiendas. Apartamento muy moderno y bien equipado. El check-in muy bien también, todo súper detallado para no tener dudas. Volvería sin dudarlo

− Sólo puntuar que el váter estaba suelto.

+ It’s perfectly clean and has a very warm and cozy atmosphere. The facilities are really good. There’s everything you could possibly wish for: washing machine, fridge, dishes, iron + board, nice shower with good pressure and hot water. The location is just perfect. There’s supermarkets, organic markets, pharmacy and a bus stop really close by. And its only a short walk to the city center (around 10 mins)

Cómodo y acogedor

+ Es pequeño pero muy bien reformado y cuidado. Tienes todo lo que necesitas. Está a pie de calle pero no es un sitio ruidoso

− Aunque es cerca de las paradas de bus en los alrededores de la zona no hay mucho para hacer o cosas interesantes

− Air conditioning didn't warm up the room as it has high sealings and all the warm air is closer to the sealings as to the ground.

+ The location is great, right near the city centre. The interior of the apartment is cute.

− The apartment wasn’t clean good enough, most of the furniture was dusty. Also, one of the windows didn’t close, so it was also noisy.

Superb

+ Near the city center, yet quiet. You live mostly among local. Supermarket with a nice variety of products right around the corner. The kitchen is well equiped, making it easy to have a nice breakfast before leaving the flat.

− floor was dusty upon arrival, everything else was very clean. After contacting the manager, they were quick to respond and send someone to clean.

+ The location of the studio is good, within walking distance to the city centre. Public transport (bus) and supermarkets are close by.

− The studio is located on the ground floor this means you can hear everything from the outside. Earplugs are recommended. The shower kept flooding. The humidity of the shower stayed in the studio. you will need to open a window.
