EL PATIO DE CHLOE

+ Molto carino l appartamento, aveva tutte le comodità necessarie dalla cucina attrezzata al bagno pulito. Staff sempre disponibile e gentile. La zona è molto vicina al centro, anche se veniva considerata non tra le zone migliori, rispetto ad altri angoli di malaga, a me è sembrata normale e tranquilla.

− Ci sono state un paio di scomodità e purtroppo Malaga, come tutta la Spagna, ha i suoi problemini delle fognature, però per un paio di giorni è l ideale

Nie czuliśmy się komfortowo.

+ Lokalizacja blisko starówki.Kuchnia była wyposażona w potrzebne rzeczy. Dobry i szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Mieliśmy możliwość też opuszczenia mieszkania bez dodatkowych opłat.

− Na korytarzu bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, który też wdzierał się do mieszkania. W sypialni obdarty tynk na ścianie i wilgotno. Pleśń w kabinie prysznicowej,w kuchni prawie wyłamany kran, karaluchy. Ogólnie mieszkanie wymaga remontu. Zdjęcia nie odpowiadają stanowi rzeczywistemu.

+ It's not perfect but for the price amenities and location( like 3 minute walk to ild town through the bridge)for couple of nights it highly recommended . There is no smell mentioned in previous reviews. I had a minor inconvenience with electricity but quickly fixed by calling the host. Lively little 8nternal terrace. New tv though could be great as it takes ages to start. Again thank you for having me..

+ It's a small apartment cozy enough. Location is on point as 2 mins from main parts of Malaga close to supermarkets local shops restaurants etc. Shower pressure is quite nice and super extra hot which was a plus. Beds are comfy foam mattress. Didn't like the pillows as too bulky had to use pillows from living room as they were much thinner. The pealing paint didn't bother us. Internet is very good. Samsung smart TV is definitely a plus but the UI is outdated so very slow. Host is responsive if you need information or questions. Over all We were there a week as a couple and id say it can be worth the monry depending what your looking for and aren't super picky.

− Kitchen - kind of small hard to cook something. Living room - slow smart TV Bedroom - Very very uncomfortable pillows in my opinion. Peeling paint from headboard wall. mosquitos if you dont keep bathroom doors closed at all times. We could hear every door opening as as the wall are super thin. Neighbour has 3 dogs and sometimes leaves them out all night so they howl and bark/cry. Bathroom - its nice enought no complaints just be careful with shower temperature Outside porch - Didn't use it. smelled like sewage. Padlock needs replaced for the self check-in. it was difficult to open it to get the keys. there is also an apple tag on the keys.

− ¡Cuidado! TE GEOLOCALIZAN y siguen con el móvil con un Air Tag sin avisar. ¡CUIDADO CON EL LLAVERO QUE TE DEN! Solo te dan una llave con el dispositivo con el que te pueden seguir con mucha precisión desde su móvil. Pedí otras llaves porque las necesitaba y no me las quisieron dar. No fuimos informados de esto y no consentiría a nadie que me siguiera en un mapa en el móvil o que tuviese la oportunidad de hacerlo. Al principio no sabía lo que era y pudieron ver mis movimientos por donde iba o si estaba en el apartamento, esto me hace sentir muy mal. Cuando se lo dije al dueño me contestó en inglés, cuando todas nuestras conversaciones fueron en español. Dice que es por la seguridad de sus huéspedes y no se retracta. No parece que por su actitud, deje de usar estos dispositivos pese a que le advertí que su uso así no es legal sin el consentimiento de la persona que lo lleva. También argumenta que es para que no se pierdan las llaves cuando una copia de dos llaves cuesta muchísimo menos que el aparato. Se pueden comprar varios juegos de llaves por el precio de un Air Tag. Por otra parte la cocina era incómoda para usar por su disposición y en el cabecero de la cama tenía la pared dañada y se caía pintura y yeso. Deberían haber arreglado eso. El pequeño patio no lo pudimos usar por el olor de las cañerías y los mosquitos. Vecindario ruidoso como han detallado otros comentarios. De las dos ventanas que dan a la calle, una la usan de aparcamiento para una furgoneta y estuvo tapada toda nuestra estancia y la otra no se podía abrir porque la gente orinaba debajo y el olor era insoportable. La ropa de la cama y toallas estaban limpias. El apartamento está en una zona muy accesible si quieres visitar el centro.

regular , buena ubicación pero comodidad mejorable

+ la ubicación es perfecta y tiene muchos detalles dentro del piso que facilitan mucho tu estancia. la agencia que lo alquila es muy amable y pendiente en todo momento, te ayuda ante cualquier cosa y se adapta a tus necesidades

− el sofá cama es incomodísimo, olía mucho a humedad, las paredes del dormitorio tenían desconchones de la humedad en el cabecero de la cama (donde pones tu cara para dormir), la sillas de la terraza estaban oxidadas(no invitaba a sentarte) , las toallas eran finísimas y como lija y el secador pues....no secaba mucho.

− Duża wilgosc, pachniało nieprzyjemnie. Drzwi balkonowych nie otwieraliśmy, gdyż na tarasie intensywnie wonilo z kanalizacji. Kilka razy podczas pobytu wybiło korki ( przy włączonej klimatyzacji)

+ La cercanía del centro histórico. La sencillez del mobiliario. La. Ana grande y el magnífico edredón.

− La vecindad, demasiados animales.

− La zona es ruidosa y la vecina gritaba mucho.

Δύσκολη έως αδύνατη η συμβίωση με αυτούς τους γείτονες, δεν θα ξαναγύριζα ούτε θα το πρότεινα. ,

+ Κεντρική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε όλα. Το διαμέρισμα μοντέρνο, εξοπλισμένο και καλοβαλμένο.

− Οι γείτονες του απέναντι διαμερίσματος έκαναν πολύ θόρυβο, ακόμη και μεσημεριανές και νυχτερινές ώρες. Είχαν και διάφορα σκυλιά που γαβγίζαν. Δυο φορές που επιχείρησα να πω στη γειτόνισσα με ευγενικό τρόπο να μην κάνουν τόσο θόρυβο ήταν πολύ επιθετική και προσβλητική μαζί μου σε σημείο που τη φοβήθηκα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια επικοινώνησε μαζί της και τις δυο-τρεις τελευταίες μέρες τα πράγματα ήταν καλύτερα. Μπαίνοντας στην πολυκατοικία σου έρχεται μια άσχημη μυρωδιά. Επίσης, η κρεβατοκάμαρα κάποιες φορές μύριζε αποχέτευση.

+ Por dentro, quitando la cocina lo demás está bien organizado, aunque tenían algunos armarios rotos.

− La zona, es horrible, las calles llenas de mierda, un olor a tuberías... el portal olía a meado que se te metía en la casa si tenias la puerta abierta, se escucha a todos los vecinos, los ruidos de la calle, al final sólo dormí una noche allí y ni eso porque era imposible.

− L'odore nauseante di fogna e acqua putrefatta che c'era all'ingresso principale..un po distante dalla spiaggia 30 minuti a piedi ...anche se ci si arriva comodamente dal centro

+ Responsive host. Excellent location (literally 2 minutes walk to the historic centre). Ideal to visit Malaga and its attractions.

− It can get quite noisy in the evening. The noise insulation is not great. The flat was clean but felt quite stuffy.

A nice apartment in a very Spanish area.

+ The apartment is in a small side street. It is one of I think 6 apartments in the building. The neighbours seem friendly. The hallway was kept very clean.

− It cannot be helped but the building across the road is being rebuilt and this leads to a lot of outside noise.
