+ Apartamentul este exact ca in descriere, complet utilat si dotat. Gazda atenta, ne-a întâmpinat cu un cos de bun venit, a raspuns prompt ori de cate ori aveam nevoie. Parcare privata pe terasa superioara. Apartamentul are balcon cu masa si scaune ce oferă o priveliste la ocean si coasta de vest, o placere sa servim micul dejun si sa petrecem serile cu un pahar de vin. In apropiere se vede Puerto de la Cruz, iar in depărtare daca e senin se vede si vulcanul Teide. De la terasa balconului spre stanga vedere la plaja Arena cu nisip vulcanic, acces in cateva minute de la locație. Soarele apune pe aceasta parte, iar priveliștea de pe stanci e superba. Locatia este in loc retras, chiar daca e furtuna pe ocean, nu se simte, blocul este construit in stanca vulcanica.

+ Die Aussicht war top – das Meer, die Berge, der El Teide und der Strand. Auch die Anfahrt zur Wohnung war atemberaubend.
− Die Betten waren etwas zu hart, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache.

− Brak dokładnego adresu spowodował trochę stresu pierwszego dnia.
Z oferty wynikało, że mieszkanie znajduje się w innym budynku niż jest faktycznie ale nie jest to duży problem.

+ Квартира расположена в прекрасном доме, построенном прямо на скале — её видно в подъезде с первого до седьмого этажа, что создаёт невероятное впечатление. С балкона открывается потрясающий вид на океан и гору Тейде, особенно красивую утром. Рядом находится уютный чёрный пляж.
Квартира компактная, но очень уютная и оборудована всем необходимым: есть кондиционер, стиральная машина. На кухне были капсулы кофе, чай, специи, а также приятный приветственный набор от хозяина — бутылка вина, фрукты и сладости.
Отдельное спасибо хозяину за отзывчивость и внимательность — он всегда был на связи и помог, когда мы случайно оставили ключи в квартире и не смогли открыть стоянку. Через 20 минут он приехал и всё решил. Проживанием остались очень довольны, всё было прекрасно!

L’hôte nous a très bien reçu.
Rien à redire au niveau du ménage, de la propreté, des équipements.
Tout était parfait, « super » n’est pas un mot suffisant ! Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés!!

+ The host was a very nice guy, very patient as we were 3hour late due to un expected car pick up time, and a bit of navigation problems:). He was very understanding and showed us to our apartment.
The apartment was very clean with everything you need in terms of cleaning and cooking equipment and towels ,bedding etc. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning unit works very well. There was a bottle of champagne and a bottle of red wine with some snacks and coffee and tea etc. Bowl of fresh fruit also.
The views are exceptional from the balcony.
The location is very low key and remote with a slice of beach which is amazing. 5 min walk away from apartment max.
Top quality accommodation, professional host.
