− Here is the revised version with your additions included: We stayed for 4 nights. On the first evening, the electricity went out at least 20 times, and one of the electric heaters broke. I really regret not packing up and leaving the next day. The following day, we contacted the host asking for help with heating or a refund. They promised they would quickly bring us another heater, but that never happened. They took the broken heater and never came back with a replacement. We were traveling with a 2-year-old child, which made the situation even worse. The cleanliness was poor, and the furniture is old and worn out. We messaged them again on the third day to bring another heater—nothing. They even said they would come in 30 minutes, but never showed up. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not stay here! They only want your money and take no responsibility.

+ Las vistas son maravillosas y la terraza también, además es confortable y está bien equipado con todo lo necesario

− El apartamento necesita cierto mantenimiento, colchones, baños( oxido en el baño principal) la puerta está destrozada por abajo, manilla del cuarto rota .. Por otro lado, cogimos el apartamento por las instalaciones ( piscina abierta todo el año) y al llegar vimos que no era así..estaba vacía y sin previo aviso, lo que me ha parecido fatal por la agencia encargada de hacer las gestiones/ dueño...

+ Me gustó mucho la ubicación y los servicios

− Podría estar más limpia la ducha y el polvo. Pero nada que no pudiera solucionar yo misma.

− Las camas, deberían cambiar los colchones

+ We liked the location near the beach, and a quite zone with a beautiful pool which was the best of the apartment.

− We did not like the rooms, one of the rooms was very small only for small children. The air conditioning unit was not working from day one, right during a heatwave in the coastal area. Even though we reported the issue immediately, the replacement took six days, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.

+ Todo muy bien, excepto alguna cosa.

− El sofá cama no era cómodo.
