+ La atención recibida por parte de todo el personal del hotel en todos los ámbitos, muy educados y profesionales, con una mención especial a Elena de recepción, una mujer atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en lo necesario. Las vistas de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama y la limpieza y poder desayunar en tu propia terraza. En el Skybar tienen una carta exquisita de cócteles (recomiendo el Piruleta Sour si te gusta dulce).

− La piscina tiene las hamacas muy juntas y la piscina de "adultos" es algo pequeña ya que el hotel está como más ambientador para familias con lo que la piscina grande está pensada para los niños.

Hotel perfecto

+ El alojamiento es espectacular. Nos dieron una habitación en el piso 27 Las vistas son increíbles. Pasamos una semana estupenda allí

− The pool never felt like a relaxed space. Often windy, exposed, a bit cramped. But the kids loved the bouncy play pool and pool party events.

Wonderful hotel

+ We loved our stay here. The rooms were modern and well appointed- and our balcony on level 21 - had a beautiful view and was very spacious. The mini kitchen area was superb ! The staff were very approachable and well trained in customer service . Couldn’t fault anything in the main facility at all . Only small criticism was that the children’s entertainment was in a separate wing adjoined to the hotel - meaning the show , mini disco etc were in a small windowless room, with rowed folding seating, and no facilities or bar service etc. It really made you feel that if you had children- you were segregated off from the rest of the hotel. Normally we stay in hotels where the entertainment is at the heart/ hub of the entire facility - which unfortunately was not the case in Suitopia . We didn’t go there much - as what parent wants to spend their holiday evening in a dismal room . One of us took our kids when their was something on they wanted to see - then we left

Un hotel caro , lleno de niños

+ Llegamos y el baño tenía agua en el suelo. También un ruido infernal en el pasillo. No solucionaron nada .

− Es un hotel lleno de niños con sus padres .Con mucha gente .En el comedor al desayuno … colas para todo y niños corriendo. La piscina a rebosar de gente y niños . El agua regular y cierran pronto. Los chicos te echan. También han mandado a las 12 una camarera para avisar de q era hora de irse.

+ It is a hotel that goes above your expectations. Never have I been to a hotel three times and still wishing to go back. Besides.comfy beds and lots.of activities for kids, what is special are the little details they prepare in order to make you feel welcome.and special. This.time I went there on my birthday and found a pleasant surprise in my room. The hotel staff was great as well!

+ We went with our 7 year old and 4 year old for a week and had the best time. As soon as we walked into the room at 3am we were all pretty shocked at how big and nice it was. We immediately felt comfortable and like we were somewhere special with all of the little extras in the room such as pillow menus, pillow spray, fruit juice, fruit and toiletries. The balcony was massive with 2 comfy loungers and a table and a stunning view, even from floor 8! We were in room 805 and could see the big rock off to the side, along with the beach right in front of us. Room was very clean. Large double shower and a bath. The bed was also very big and the black out blinds made it possible to get lots of long lies. The room had netflix, Disney etc which was ideal when needing a bit of a chill with kids. I wouldn't take toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairdryer, shower gel or shampoo as all provided and of high quality. The pool area is great for kids but also for a couple wanting to just relax in a nice pool area. Strangely, the pool was never busy and no matter what time we went there was loads of sun loungers. Possibly as we went at the start of the Scottish school holidays. The bouncy pillow was a hit with our kids and the two slides in the water park were really good too. I loved that the pool area was not tiled. It felt very safe. People had previously wrote reviews about not enough parasols, however, if you ask they will put one up for you. The pool bar was fab too with lovely staff. A must try is the patatas bravas! Our only fault on our whole stay was that the main pool was shut on 2 occasions and the bouncy pillow on another due to someone being sick in the pool (and not telling anyone) and a baby having an accident in the pool. Unsure why the bouncy pillow was closed, we didn't want to know. We however felt that this was parents being irresponsible, rather than the staffs fault. Saying that, we did feel that after these incidents the pool staff were constantly

Best stay in a long time

+ We are staying at this hotel as enjoining every single mili second. After 2 unsuccessful all inclusive holidays, me and my partner decided to try bed and breakfast. The first look at our room, took our breathe out, and once we got out to the balcony, the views hypnotised us completely. The 24th floor opens all Calpe from the right and left. You forgetting all your troubles, needs, desires, you just live in the moment. Th3 staff are amazing, good is 5 star hotel worth. After 9 days staying here still dont understand why hotel starred only 4 stars. Room service is stunning, the hair conditioner what they leave you in the room makes your hair is 100 times slkier than any professional treatments. Should I come back here again ? Surely YES. Should I recommend this hotel in Calpe ? The only one and nothing else Yes !!!! I never leave the reviews, but this stay was just too great, not to leave my word in. With love Viktorija & Eugen

Quality hotel

+ A quality hotel fully loving up to its four star rating. Rooms are spacious with good air con and massive comfy beds. The double shower was a cool touch too. The sky bar was epic. High prices but that’s to be expected you’re paying for the view! Pool was brilliant and our daughter loved the jumping pillow. Some people have said the pool and pool area was cold. There seems to be some kind of wind tunnel created by the high buildings. We loved it as it made it comfortable to sit in the full sun in the full heat of July but I can see in autumn or spring it might be chilly. The hotel staff were all friendly and provided a great service. Lots of nice touches like pillow spray, early evening snacks at the bar and early check out breakfast laid out. Will be coming back
