− El edificio es demasiado viejo y descuidado al igual que el apartamento. Tenía dos habitaciones pero una tenía puerta de vidrio transparente. Muy descuidado el aspecto y el mobiliario

The location is absolutely unbeatable—right on Puerta del Sol, with everything within easy walking distance and fantastic access to transport, shopping, and restaurants. The property management was also very responsive and professional. We had a minor toilet issue on a Sunday, and they arranged help promptly, which we really appreciated—especially on a weekend.

− Quiero expresar mi profunda decepción respecto al estado del departamento que alquilamos recientemente. Como saben, somos clientes recurrentes y siempre elegimos esta propiedad por su excelente ubicación. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, nos encontramos con un nivel de deterioro inaceptable: Infraestructura: Los techos se encuentran descascarados y detectamos manchas de humedad y presencia de moho, lo cual es un riesgo para la salud. Calefacción: El sistema del dormitorio no funcionaba. Si bien enviaron un caloventor al día siguiente, no es una solución adecuada ya que, por seguridad, no puede permanecer encendido durante la noche, dejándonos sin calefacción real. Equipamiento: El lavarropas tampoco funcionaba, lo que complicó significativamente nuestra estadía. Realmente lamentamos encontrar el departamento en estas condiciones, impropias de la relación de confianza que mantenemos hace tiempo. Esperamos que tomen las medidas necesarias para poner la propiedad en valor si desean seguir ofreciéndola. Atentamente,

− un canapé lit vétuste et inconfortable. des peintures a rafraichir(dégâts des eaux ) salle de bain et chambre plafond. Lampes cassés ampoules a remplacer . Manque de vaisselle pour faire deux repas a 4 et laver à la main . Par contre service tres réactif au téléphone et suivi d'un passage (draps pour le canaps , 4 verres supplémentaires et changement d'ampoules

− 4 kişi 4 gece için konaklama ayırmamıza rağmen bırakılan tuvalet kağıdı yetmedi işletmeye bildirmek yerine marketten almak durumunda kaldık. Kişi sayısı düşünülerek fazla miktarda bırakılsaydı daha iyi olurdu.

+ Está muy bien Ubicado, céntrico pero en una calle muy tranquila , cocina Completa, sofá cama en la sala , tiene 4 ventiladores para ayudar cuando hay calor , varias toallas para 4 está perfecto. Para estadías cortas es una buena opción. Las personas que te atienden contestan los mensajes.

− Tiene un Solo baño De los 2 cuartos solo 1 tiene Aire Acondicionado Las puertas internas (cuartos y baño) , NINGUNA tiene para Cerrar por dentro , no hay privacidad. Queda en un 3 piso y el ascensor es un poco pequeño. Estuvimos 10 días no lo volvería a tomar para una estancia larga.

− We were 4 and we have only 2 chairs,missing towels/we get only 1 for body and 1 for face for 4 days,they dont want to get more.We have to wait for them 2 hours on the street to get a keys,There is not enough equipment for 4 people.Never more this place.Stuff so unprofessional.Last time.when this place was refresh was for many years.This stuff can not work with tourist...maybe they can try some.another.bussines to do.Allways when we enter the appartment we felt stale smell

+ Everything worked as designed. AC cooling was very good, despite high heat. Kitchen very nice, lots of storage in bedrooms. Adequate room for two of us.
