+ Tout ! Séjour très agréable dans l'appartement. Estefania est une hôte aux petits soins, disponible, serviable et attentionnée. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une résidence sécurisée, proche de tout : du centre, de la gare, des commerces et de la plage. La résidence dispose d'une piscine très bien entretenue, ainsi que d'un ascenseur privé menant directement à la plage. Le parking est aussi gratuit au sein de la résidence. L'appartement, situé au rez-de-chaussée, est très calme et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Estefania pour son chaleureux accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

+ Bardzo fajna lokalizacja blisko stacji kolejowej/autobusowej (do centrum pociagiem około 20 minut po drodze stacja na lotnisko). Niedaleko carrefour z normalnymi cenami, Bezpiecznie policja za oknem. Kuchnia w pełni wystarczajaca, łazienka ok. W listopadzie nie ma tłumów, dobre miejsce na wypoczynek i dobry punkt na wypady. Polecam.

+ We stayed here for 30 days and it was quite pleasant. The studio was centrally located near the beach and close to restaurants and shops. There was an elevator from the cliffs down to the beach which saved us the tedious task of walking up many steps. The location was perfect for access to Torremolinos. The studio was simple yet comfortable. Two separate AC units (one in the bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen); provided us lots of cool living when it was quite hot outside during the hot summer month of August. There were 2 televisions (one in the bedroom and one in the living area). And both had Netflix and streaming options. The kitchen had everything we needed with dishes and pots and pans and a microwave. They also had a Nespresso coffee maker so we didn’t have to go out for morning coffee. The washing machine for our laundry came in handy for a 30 day stay. The unit did not have a clothes dryer, but that seems to be the norm for Spanish apartments. The bedroom was small but adequate and had a chest with drawers for your clothes. It was very close to the local police station so you felt quite secure in a ground floor studio. Even though it didn’t have beach views the beach was just a short walk away. Overall it was a very nice stay and we would highly recommend it, especially for an extended stay.

− Noise from building work being carried out during my 9 day stay. I'd expect building work on the apartment above involving the removal of walls and replacing bathrooms and kitchens to be indicated on the advert. Booking.com took no action to provide a partial refund other than refund me their commission of €90. Amounts to 10% of what I paid for a 9 day stY I understand from the Owner of the flat undergoing building work that the work will continue in September. So if you're planning to book this apartment bear that in mind.

+ Excellent location with caring hosts Spent a wonderful week at this cozy studio in Torremolinos. The hosts were incredibly attentive - always available for any questions and even met us at night for key handover after our long journey, which was very hospitable of them. The location is absolutely amazing - beautiful nature surroundings, crystal clear sea and gorgeous beaches. Had a perfect vacation! Rating: 10/10

An average apartment for higher money

+ The location of the apartment is really good, a short walk to the beach, a short walk to town. On the beach you can use the elevator. The apartment was nicely cleaned.

− You need to check all the photos of the apartment when booking. We booked the apartment on the basis of the first photos, unfortunately we got the apartment from the photos which are placed at the end of the gallery behind the beach photos etc where we did not even click through. So we were disappointed, no balcony, ground floor, no search for the sea, bars on some of the windows. etc. The bedroom window is right next to the police station, which is open 24 hours a day. It's very busy, so it's impossible to keep the window open at night. The bathroom window cannot be opened for ventilation, it can only be opened completely or not at all. It's right above the toilet. You constantly have to deal with open/close because it is easily accessible from the street and does not add to the feeling of safety, because on this window missing bars / they are onli on window from next side, where are useless. In the living room there are no curtains, and you can see into the apartment from the place where people walk from the beach, so there is traffic. I missed the privacy. There were outdoor blinds on the window, but you don't want them down during the day. The leaking air conditioner soaked our sofa and the things on it which reduced the comfort for two days. One day the internet didn't work at all. It was fixed the next day. We were on holiday until the beginning of October and the pool was open from 12:00 - 17:00 which was unusable for us. Even though we had agreed on the exact time, we waited more than twenty minutes for keys.

+ The apartment is very close to everything that you want on a beach holiday - shops, groceries, restaurants and, especially, the beach. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

+ The location was fantastic and very close to the main area. Loved that we had access to the pool across the road and a key for the elevator after a day at the beach! I was there with my daughter and we felt very safe at all times. Estefania met us with the keys and was in constant touch via WhatsApp. She was so helpful and approachable.

− The only very minor frustration was the automatic lights that go on in the bedroom (there to prevent falling down a step I presume). The sensor was so sensitive that the light would go on if you moved your leg anywhere nearby so needless to say we had a fright or two during the night when the light went on! As I said it is a small thing and it didn’t put us off our stay.

Perfect Location & Great Apartment!

+ The location is simply perfect, 50m from the pool and 3' walking to the beach. In front of the apartment there is the police station (if you were wondering how safe the surrounding was). All around you can find many restaurants and bars. The torremolinos city center is also only 5' away and there you can find more restaurants as well as many shops. Nearby you can find also a minimarket. The train station is about 7' away. The apartment is well furnished with all you may need during the stay. The landlord was really really kind and helpful, giving also some excellent advice. RECOMMENDED!

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings are both comfortable and elegant. One of the highlights of this property is the access to a stunning infinity pool. It offers breathtaking views and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring or soaking up the sun at the beach. Overall, this apartment offers a perfect combination of comfort and convenience with free wi-fi. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay near the beach and close to the city's vibrant heart. Safety was also a top priority for me, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The area is safe and well-maintained, providing peace of mind. There is a Police station on the back of apartment :) Estefania - the host, was very welcoming and helpful when needed throughout my stay :-) I'll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

+ Fantastic apartment in a great location, a few minutes walk to the beach and a superb swimming pool. The accommodation was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a supermarket a short walk away. Access to the beach was good with access via a private garden and lift if required. Good communication with the owner, we would definitely stay there again if we revisit Torremolinos.
