Buenas instalaciones y apartamento

+ Las instalaciones; la limpieza y la tranquilidad del complejo. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha porque se salía el agua y enseguida vinieron a arreglarlo. El parking muy bien. Pudimos aparcar cerca del apartamento y eso llevando un bebé y un perro se agradece.

− La ducha: la puerta tendría que ser corredera para que no se salga tanto el agua. Al llevar mascota nos cobraron un suplemento por limpieza de 25€ (que no lo especifica en ningún sitio) y la fianza en vez de 200€ fueron 500€ por el animal… Para entrar antes de la hora de check in nos cobraron otros 40€.. y si queríamos salir más tarde teníamos que pagar más. Eso no lo veo bien, puesto que ya pagas bastante por el alojamiento. Debería de estar incluido.

+ El apartamento es amplio, terraza y azoteas grandes.

− El alojamiento no se corresponde con la reserva realizada. La reserva constaba de tres habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con cama de matrimonio y las otras dos con camas individuales, así como un sofá cama; sin embargo el alojamiento presentó una habitación con cama de matrimonio, pero otra habitación era pequeña con una cama de matrimonio pegada a la pared con poco espacio, y la otra habitación era una cama en litera sobre un escritorio, solo valido para una persona, tampoco había sofá cama. Por todo ello, solicitamos la necesidad de dos camas adicionales para poder alojarnos y dormir todas las personas, pero hasta el segundo día de estancia no pudieron darnos solución y enviarnos esas camas, por lo que dos de las personas tuvieron que alojarse en otro lugar. En cuanto a la limpieza en este apartamento no habían fregado el suelo ni limpiado algunas cosas de cocina, mesa de salón ni terraza. Alquilamos tb otros apartamentos en el mismo complejo y esos apartamentos si correspondían con la reserva, se encontraban limpios y adecuados, pero concretamente este, el mas caro de la reserva, no se encontraba en condiciones ni correspondía con lo que habíamos contratado con las fotos y descripción de booking. Después de más de una semana desde que hicimos el checkout y después de contactar en varias ocasiones con los apartamentos, no ha llegado la devolución de la fianza de ninguno de las reservas contratadas ni han dado ninguna respuesta a las preguntas realizadas sobre dicha devolución mas que la de que puede tardar hasta 7 días desde el checkout, tiempo que ya ha transcurrido.

+ Alojamiento limpio, amplio, con menaje, todo muy nuevo, terraza amplia, muy recomendable

+ Great location supermarket is literally two minute walk the Pool bar is great and lots of restaurants nearby. Beds really comfy and spacious apartments.

− The Pool areas don’t open until 11 am which I feel for slightly late and there are a lot of rules around the pool area

− Ingenting spes. Litt unødvendig å ta ekstra betalt for å få leiligheten 1 time før vanlig innsjekk.

Kan ikke anbefales slik leiligheten fremstod, med defekt dobbelseng.

+ Fin sentral beliggenhet og fint fellesområde.

− Jeg snakket med utleiestedet før flyavgang ca. kl 1300, og orienterte bl.a. at vi ville ankomme sent (kl. 20:00 -21:00) De lovet at jeg skulle få en mail med beskrivelse og kode for henting av nøkkel. Mottok ikke denne mailen. Ringte samme telefon nummer som tidligere på dagen, opptil 4 ganger uten å få svar. Traff en vakt på området da vi ankom stedet. Han prøvde å hjelpe, men hadde ingen muligheter til å gi oss nøkkel. Etterhvert måtte vi finne et annet hotell for å overnatte første natt. Dobbelsengen er ubrukelig !! Burde vært skiftet for lengst. Det manglet flere spiler under madrassen. Disse skulle holdes på plass av noen plastikk braketter, men disse var ødelagt. Mangel på spiler under madrassen resulterte at vi ble liggende i søkk midt i sengen. Et par spiller falt i gulvet under natten. Skift ut sengen før den leies ut igjen !! Det var maur på dobbelseng rommet. Vi var 4 personer, men fikk bare et nøkkelsett, som ble veldig upraktisk.

+ Apartment is lovely and location perfect. Facilitys very good and clean.

− Apartment was bare minimum. Not a single decoration or anything on a wall so it kind of felt like you were walking in an apartment that necceties were aquiered and trown in there with no ambition to make it warm. So everything was fine unless the apartment interior was cold and effortless

+ Good location, easy access to beach, shops and restaurants

− Poor supplies in the apartment, one towel provided per person for a 10 day stay, half a roll of bathroom paper, no shower mat provided and no kitchen provisions e.g. tea or coffee etc. We arrived late on Saturday night and all shops were closed on Sunday so it was not possible to stock up. The bedding was very cumbersome, a duvet provided between two flat sheets, I would highly recommend a duvet cover or some alternative bedding.

Brilliant location,great weather, really bad noise from workers on a Sunday afternoon/evening

+ We were self catering but location was very good.

− Not very impressed with only one set of sheets and one set of towels to last us two weeks.

It had everything we wanted accept easy access to sun loungers by the pool.

+ it was very clean and tidy. It had very good Aircon and ensuite ,We did have a problem with the hot water but the staff worked hard to get it fixed the same day and no other problems. it is only a ten min walk from the beech and some very nice restuarants, A couple of minutes’ walk from a super market, need google translator on your phone as there wasn’t much English on the products.

− Our balcony was 95% of the day in the shade, There was four swimming pools but didnt open till after 10. and you had to wear a wrist band, if you lost the wristband there was a 50 euro cost to replace it, If you lost appartment key there would have been a charge to change the locks. Rubish had to be taken outside and placed in bins on the high street.
