Perfect Pueblito

+ Location was perfect for us. Close to beach and bars in the middle of la zenia. Excellent morning views of sunrise. Facilities in the apartment was everything you need. Plenty of parking spaces close by. Felt very safe within the gated complex.

− For me personally the sofa was a little uncomfortable but my wife disagreed. So it's subjective. Liked everything else

Good location but north facing so no sun shine

We had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return.

+ It was in a good location and beds very comfy.

− Two of the 3 chairs on balcony for beach were broken.

+ Patio of the building was amazing, the apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were very helpful and nice. The bed in bedroom was very comfortable.

Christmas Beach Escape

+ Tolle Lage, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand Gute Ausstattung (TV, Klimaanlage, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine)

− In einem der Nachbarappartements waren laute Bauarbeiten Bad sehr klein, kein Platz, um die Handtücher aufzuhängen; im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage

Dreadful checked out early didn’t unpack

− Accommodation very low standard. Very dated and basic. Broken tiles on kitchen floor. Broken bin lid. Ceiling fixture hanging off ceiling. Entrance shabby. Pillows yellow. Lounge one sofa bed and 2 dining room chairs to seat a family of 4. Chipped mugsVery very tired in need of a good overhaul

+ Excellent Location close to beach. Shops and restaurants Comfortable apartment. Good shower plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Plenty of room. Balcony front and back. Was quite as not many people in the apartment block. Pick up from airport by the owner.

− The TV was not working we reported this to the owner but due to it being Christmas they could not get anyone out till the new year. There were 2 beach chairs and one was broken which we could not use. We could have done with a cool box for our drinks down on the beach

+ All great I would just put new modern beds in the premises

+ La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y una zona muy tranquila, muy fácil de aparcar, el apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia

− Hay q subir unas cuantas escaleras para entrar al apartamento y llendo con un carricoche pues siempre necesitas otra persona

+ Este locatia perfecta sa iti incarci bateriile, acces usor la plaja, 5 min de mers pe jos.Apa nu este adanca poti lasa copii sa se joace in voie fara sa iti faci griji, plaja curata.Foarte multe familii cu copii si localnici.Gazda foarte draguta, ne-a pus la dispozitie inclusiv prosoape de plaja si umbrela si ne-a ajutat cu toate informatiile de care am avut nevoie.

+ Quiet residential location with access to 2 balconies and only 4 minute walk to beach. Fab shower.

− Nothing offered as a welcome gesture, not even a bottle of water. Later on, we found 2 bottles of water in kitchen cupboard, although suspect these had been left behind by previous guests.

+ The apartment is a bit tired, it could use a revamp. But it was clean, the bed was comfortable, great location. And the price we paid was excellent value.
