+ A lovely, clean apartment with everything you need and a cozy vibe that perfectly matches the charm of the Old Town. Located right in the heart of the historic center, it’s in a truly picturesque setting. I would happily recommend it!

En pleno casco antiguo

+ Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación. Estás en una zona preciosa de Girona, con la catedral y las calles del casco antiguo al lado. El apartamento es sencillo, pero tiene encanto y resulta cómodo para pasar una escapada. Nos gustó poder salir caminando y tenerlo todo cerca.

− Tiene algún detalle típico de un edificio antiguo, pero nada que nos molestara demasiado. En general estuvimos a gusto.

+ Perfect location, beautiful apartment, easy access. We didn’t receive the access details as expected, but went to their office and they managed to send it by email.

− Cleanliness was a problem - especially at the toilet. Lot of dust everywhere and one of the towels had some stains on it. There is no air conditioning just some fans (full of dust) and some fans on the ceiling that were very noisy and didn’t make much difference in the 35 degrees heat.

− Umidità, odore sgradevole, polvere e poca pulizia. Scarichi otturati. Doccia non funzionante. Materasso discutibile.

The perfect location, in a perfect city. It was an incredibly wonderful stay!

+ The location of this apartment was incredible. A 30 second walk to the Cathedral! I loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer. They both came in quite handy.

− I didn't like that I had to leave and couldn't stay longer. :D

În centru.

+ Se află chiar în centrul vechi, la doi pași de catedrală.

− În sufragerie este prea frig, față de dormitor unde este mult mai cald. În casă este foarte mare umiditate. Am solicitat factura, dar nu am primit-o nici după 30 de zile de la plecare.

+ המיקום נהדר. הדירה יפהפיה. התיאור והתמונות קרובות למציאות.

− לא הצלחנו ליצור קשר עם מי שאחראי על הדירה בשום צורה. גם לא לענות למייל ששלחו כדי לקבל מדוב. 2 נקודות קריטיות בנוגע לזה : 1. הזדקקנומלשמיכה נוספת. ציינו שאנחנו 2 אורחים ומדובר בשתי חברות בנות 60+ שהיה לנו קשה להתחלק בשמיכה אחת. 2. ביקשנו חבדוק האם ניתן להאריך שהות בלילה או שניים . בשני המקרים ומיילים לכתובות שונות נתקלנו בקיר. מעבר לכך ראש המקלחת היה שבור. אי אפשר היה לדווח. ועוד הערה קטנה , העובדה שבמקום לא היו מצרכים בסיסיים כמו סוכר תה ומלח מאד הקשתה . וגם הקפה היה במשורה.

− It was really hot and the building style allowed 0 ventilation. The fans placed in the building didn’t even make a difference

+ Ubicación perfecta a un minuto de la catedral.

− Olor a humedad, telarañas en los techos, colchones poco confortables, poco menaje en la cocina (sólo dos cucharas de desayuno), regular conservado.

Agradable, tranquila y segura

+ La ubicación y que estaba limpio y era lo que se veía en las fotos.

− Hacia un poco de frío. Habían pocas frazadas.

En plein cœur de Girona

+ En plein cœur du quartier historique et de ses petites ruelles, appartement dans un vieux bâtiment historique. Cuisine toute équipée

− Il faisait froid dans l'appartement les deux premiers jours, le temps que le chauffage réchauffe les pièces. Pas de lumière dans les escaliers de l'immeuble, soyez prudents avec votre tête Le bruits des cloches en pleine nuits qui sonnent très très longtemps parfois

Wonderful location and great value for money in the beautiful city of Girona.

+ Location was perfect, good instructions to find and access apartment. Some lovely places nearby to eat and have a few drinks. Good facilities inside the apartment. Was clean and well equipped.

− We had to have the windows closed as the bells from the very nearby cathedral toiled every hour. I would stay there again as the location was so central but I would take ear plugs so I could have the window open. Not a big issue really, it didn't bother my husband who slept through it but I am a very light sleeper.

− Fuimos en verano y el calor dentro del apartamento era insoportable, no disponen de aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no servian de mucho…

− No está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. Es una segunda planta sin ascensor y la subida es por una escalera estrecha

− The apartment was always warm, AC was only working for the living room, not for other rooms

TWO AND A HALF MONTHS OF BEING BOMBARDED WITH SCAM EMAILS FROM HACKERS VIA BOOKING.COM

+ They brought a new toaster straight away when I said the toaster wasn't working.

− FLATELI'S ACCOUNT WITH BOOKING.COM WAS HACKED and I continued to be bombarded with SCAM EMAILS VIA BOOKING.COM FROM HACKERS pretending to be the hotel for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS! I informed them several times via Booking.com and directly. Flateli said the situation was 'outside of our control' and to 'ignore' the scam emails. They have NO REGARD for the security of their customers. Plus the water heater was leaking and had a bowl under it to catch the water. The error code showed low pressure, which they rectified, but the error message returned soon afterwards - it needs to be fixed. AVOID!

+ Easy to access... rather enclosed regarding .natural light. Nothing fancy but adequate when you out and about most of the day

− Lockbox was far away fron the apartment, difficult to go back and forth with luggage in the old city.

Everything is in a walking distance from the property. It is in a amazing location but kitchen had cockroach problem

− The kitchen was full of baby cockroaches and was very inconvenient

− Everything was fine but the church bells did wake me regularly. However this shouldn’t take away from the gorgeous location and the gorgeous apartment.
