Très bon séjour.

+ La localisation est super, dans une rue très calme (donc pas de bruit).

− Rien, on était contents, tout était conforme à la description.

− Toen we ingecheckt waren was de schoonmaak nog niet gedaan. Werd daarna met 2uur vertraging wel goed opgepakt. Daarnaast was het stapelbed erg wankel en kon je niet boven slapen door een kapotte constructie

Céntrico pero mejorable

+ Muy céntrico y buena atención del personal. Me recomendaron parking gratuito. Y me solucionaron el atasco del lavabo y el funcionamiento incorrecto del microondas. Las camas muy cómodas.

− Aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien. El sofá es pequeño para lo que se supone que es un piso de 4 personas. En los armarios no habían baldas. En el baño faltan ganchos para colgar las toallas. Y, por último, la televisión solo funcionaba con el comando de voz del mando.

− Las literas de las habitaciones pequeñas inestables, no adapta para dormir dos personas, la estructura a punto de caerse, no sostiene el peso de dos personas, es peligroso .no hay ni armario, ni cortina, ni mantas.

− Solo tuvimos wi fi el dia que llegamos. Al día siguiente amanecimos sin servicio de internet.

+ La ubicación, las comodidades del apartamento, está completamente habitable. Espacioso, luminoso, limpio, cómodo, hermoso.

Lovely apartment in beautiful walkable City.

+ This was a great location. Loads of Cafes and Restaurants nearby. Also access over amazing red bridge to Old town, the Cathedral and historic City Walk. Office staff of our Apartment were based just across the street and were extremely helpful.

− Nothing really comes to mind. Except perhaps better instructions re picking up keys without having to fill out convoluted check in Form only received at the last minute......

Quelques points à améliorer, emplacement central

+ Très bien situé, proche de centre ville. Propre, suffisamment grand pour 4, lumineux.

− Canapé pas assez grand pour 4 personnes. Manque quelques plaids pour hiver. On entend bien le bruit de la rue malgré les fenêtres fermées. Lampes de chevet ne marchent plus malgré avoir essayé de les recharger. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres, juste la clim réversible du salon.

− Le lit à deux stages n’étaient pas sécuritaires pour un adulte on a due mettre le matelas par terre

Girona a piedi

+ L'appartamento era davvero in un punto strategico di Girona. Con tanti negozi e soprattutto un supermercato sotto casa. Piccolo ma confortevole adatto ad una famiglia di 3 massimo 4 persone. La cameretta è davvero piccola ma per due bambini va benissimo. Lo staff eccellente abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico risolto in nemmeno 1 ora. L'ufficio è praticamente di fronte L'appartamento quindi per qualsiasi esigenza si puo fare riferimento a loro. Nei dintorni si trovano parrucchiere, panettiere, bistrot, macelleria , salumeria. Insomma non occorre essere auto muniti.

− Este fin de semana ha sido helador. Llegamos un viernes por la tarde y vimos que no funcionaba la calefacción y hacía mucho frío. Nos pusimos en contacto con el teléfono que indicaban y nos dijeron que la conversación iba a ser por WhatsApp. Después de seguir indicaciones que no nos solucionaron nada, nos comentó que él solo era un técnico y no podía hacer más por nosotras... Que al día siguiente su compañero volvería a contactar con nosotras. Hasta el día de hoy. El sábado por la mañana recibimos un correo de los apartamentos preguntando qué tal la primero noche, contesté con lo que nos pasaba y no obtuvimos respuesta. Todo el fin de semana sin calefacción. No entiendo que antes de que lleguen los huéspedes no se aseguren de que todo funciona. Desde luego que con esa atención no volveremos.

Loved Girona and great place for coffee and cakes.

+ Clean, central and had everything we needed.

− Bedside lights didn’t work. Not very good instructions about entry on arrival. Didn’t discover the button for gate exit until we left, when we had to leave keys on dining room table and realised we needed to exit!! Found it by chance.

Girona incantevole

+ Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro dotato di ogni confort e servizio. Bel condominio in zona pedonale facile da raggiungere dalla stazione. Supermercato sotto casa comodissimo e ben rifornito. Vicine le attrazioni e i ristoranti. Stupendo per immergersi nel fascino di Girona.

+ Velmi čisté ubytování, milý personál naproti v architektonické kanceláři. Možnost praní prádla v pračce i se sušičkou. Vybavení v kuchyni dostatečný, vybavení na mytí nádobí i kapsle do myčky a do pračky. Výhled skvělý do ulice v centru. Poblíž pekárna s čerstvým pečivem.

+ I liked the location of the apartments, all the amenities, iron, towels, hairdryer, full kitchen. I can also mention the staff as an advantage, their office was next to the apartments and you could contact them with any questions that arose.

This was a fabulous place to stay and explore the beautiful city of Girona.

+ The staff in the office saw we were trying to access the key box and came out and helped us. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could need. It was in a perfect location to access the old town and 20 minutes walk from the Auditori di Girona.

− The only problem I have had is that Booking.com have been hacked and I have been bombarded by spam emails threatening to cancel my booking. Fortunately, I found the direct email address for the leasing company and could email them direct but it did cause additional stress. I have not found it easy to report the problem to booking.com

Delightful Apartment

+ This is a lovely apartment. The keys were easy to retrieve across the street. There is a small elevator, which we used to bring a bike and groceries upstairs. It was very handy. The apartment is a nice size and has 2 bedrooms. It is above the street, but the windows/doors are very good at keeping noise out. It is also right above a grocery store.

− I will communicate with the managing company that they need to provide English instructions for the dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. They also should provide a drying rack. So I would double-check with the company at least for help before running the machines.

+ It was in a fab location, close to everything, lovely shops around, and near train station 10 minute walk.

A home from home - very happy

+ A really comfortable and cosy place for our family to stay. Bunk bed was very exciting for our kids :) Would definitely choose this accomodation again.

− There was no welcome pack to answer any questions - eg. where to put recycling, where the 'included' parking was (FYI no parking actually included but there was free parking available 5 mins walk away, it just would have been good to know!)

Passable

+ Location was brilliant, the overall apartment was good, lovely towels, good wifi, good shower, cheap parking which they will reserve was appreciated though about 8 minute walk. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed.

− There was no air-conditioning which was so unacceptable in 30 to 37 degrees. I just cannot fathom how you would rent out an apartment in Girona's summer heat with just standing fans. I had just assumed air-conditioning was a given. Would be lovely in the winter as it had heating. We were 2 friends and the 2nd bedroom with the bunkbeds was like a box, unbearable in the heat. More suited to young children or not! The bunk beds were very hard and lumpy pillows. Access to the place is tricky and would not work for everyone. Did not get straight through to someone when called as the number is for several properties and got cut off twice. You're not talking to someone and with no reception, it's a bit more hassel.
